Abstract

The invention relates to a folding chair (10) comprising a frame (12) having two lateral bar elements (14) between which a seat part (20) can be moved about a folding axis (22), between a folded-up idle position and a folded-down seat position. A rotational connection device (24) is provided between each bar element (14) and the seat part (20). The two bar elements (14) form legs of the folding chair (10) and are fixed together by means of a connection element (32).
