Abstract

The static mixer (10) has rods (13) running transverse to the stream direction and has guiding elements (14) inclined from the rods coming out in the stream direction. The mixer is formed in single piece, cup-shaped with a base area (11) and a side wall area (12) running in flow direction. The rods, an edge area (17) and the guiding elements are formed and contact the rods only at their ends. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a static mixer.
