Abstract

The device has a spot (1a) formed by an elastic material piece rolled up into a casing, which is installed into a bottle neck (41). The elastic material piece comes to rest against an inner surface of the bottle neck, and an outer edge of the elastic material forms a tear-off edge for liquid flowing from a wine bottle (4). The elastic material piece is designed along a portion of the outer edge with a cut so that a lug (3a) is formed. The lug is placed around the bottle neck so that the elastic material piece is attached to the bottle.
