Abstract
The device has a heating block (1) with several parallel electrical heating elements and intermediate heat conducting ribs and a frame in which the heating block is mounted with two longitudinal legs (4a,4b) spanning the block and two cross-legs (5a,5b). The cross-legs have enclosure sections on their ends with which they enclose the corresponding longitudinal leg ends.
