Abstract

The invention relates to an item of clothing ( 1 ), in particular a glove ( 2 ), a shoe or headwear, comprising at least one material layer ( 4 ), and the at least one material layer ( 4 ) is formed by a sealing, in particular fluid-tight functional layer ( 6 ), and having in particular a tubular shaft ( 15 ) with an attachment ( 16 ), which attachment ( 16 ) can be coupled with a specifically tubular connecting piece ( 17 ) of another item of clothing ( 3 ) to form a sealed connection preventing penetration by foreign substances into an interior ( 5, 26 ).
