Abstract

The base is formed from a robust frame comprising two parallel rails (30) and two transverse bars (31) provided with screws for adjusting their height. A central bar (32) extends between the two main rails in the center. The long rails and transverse bars are welded together to form a single piece which support the lower guide rail (52) for the vertical blind. The base includes a panel (33) which is supported on the framework provided by the longitudinal and transverse rails. Rollers are fitted to the end transverse bars.
