Abstract
The spring and damper unit has overflow throttles (21, 22) in the cylinder housing (1) between the damper cavity (10), which becomes larger when the stroke takes place, and of the spring cavity (17), which becomes smaller when the stroke takes place. By this means, the dividing piston (6) and piston rod (7) can be made smaller, and the throttles more accessible.
