Abstract
The controller has rotatable flap that projects into a channel part (1) and is rotated by a pivot shaft with a lever arm. A flap adjuster with a spring system generates a spring force at the lever arm. The spring system has a leaf spring or leaf spring packet, which is rotatably fixed at one end and transmits a spring force to the flap. A unit generates a force to one point on the spring between its ends. A fixing unit fixes the spring flexing.
