Abstract

The release system consists of a fuse (40) made from two plates held together by solder or an adhesive which separates them when the air temperatures exceeds a set level. The fuse links together the ends of two radial arms (52, 54) attached respectively to a threaded regulating bush (12) passing through a support (90) and a spring-loaded rod (24) located partially inside the bush. The spring (32) is located inside the bush and is held in place between an end rim (14) on the bush and a collar (30) on the rod end.
