Abstract

The inner cladding (3) can be broken down into a base, a rear wall, side walls and oven ceiling (6). It has a flow guide plate, push-in grid and at least one holding strip (4). The flow guide plate is formed in one piece with the rear wall. The inner cladding is fed out of the oven on at least two guide rails arranged in the area of the oven base. The guide rails have stops for the end position of the inner cladding and at least one securing device. On the inner cladding a stop is provided, which prevents it being fully withdrawn from the oven. The stop can be unlocked by hand. The oven ceiling is formed as a separate part and can remain in the oven when the cladding is withdrawn.
