Insole with It ventilation device and air supply line.
The invention relates to an insole with a ventilation device and an air supply line.
The aim of the invention is to improve the supply and discharge of air to and from the boot and to set up the insole in such a way that it can be used in any shoes or boots that do not have any grooves or recesses for receiving air lines.

along line C-C of FIG.
The insole is advantageously made of Yulkanfiher; but it can also be made of rubber, leather,
EMI1.2
Cavity 1 of the insole is enclosed airtight at the top by a wall 2, at the bottom by a wall 3 and at the periphery by a sealing guide. The wall 2 forms the support for the foot.
The sealing strip is expediently made of rubber.
Between the panels 2 and 3 resilient members 5 are arranged, which allow the compression of the insole and remove the walls 2 and 3 from each other when the foot is lifted, whereby air is sucked into the cavity of the sole.
According to the invention, the air is supplied by means of a band-like hose 6 which is attached to the insole and can be introduced into the shoe together with it or taken out of it and replaced. The band 6 is attached airtight at 7 in the insole. When pulling on the shear or boot provided with the insole, the band comes to rest between the foot and the shoe or boot wall.

The outlet valve 10 is designed as a lip valve in the same way as the inlet valve 9.

A hollow band 13, which is connected to the insole and can be removed from the shoe together with the insole and which is attached at one end, serves to discharge the stale air

becomes. The tape j? J, like the band 6, has spacers 8 in its interior which extend through the band. As FIG. 5 shows, the cross-section of the spacers is provided with projecting edges 77 along which the spacers contact and support one another in order to maintain the cross-section of the passage.
If the resilient elements are made of rubber, they are advantageously connected to one another by means of threads 18.
