<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

The invention relates to a device for emptying a storage container for bulk material, in particular fuel pellets, via an emptying opening in the storage container.
Bulk goods, e.g. Fuel pellets are stored in storage containers, e.g. Bunker rooms are stored and removed from there via an emptying opening as required. The removal takes place via screw conveyors, suction devices or other known devices. The problem here is the complete emptying of the storage container and the removal of bulk material when there are only small amounts of bulk material in the storage container.
The object of the present invention is to find a simple device which ensures an unproblematic complete emptying of the storage container and a removal amount which remains the same until the emptying is complete.
This object is achieved in that the storage container is provided, at least in its lower area, with at least one tarpaulin which is adapted to the course of its inner surfaces and which is connected to an inner surface of the storage container at its upper edge and near the emptying opening of the storage container, and for lifting off the tarpaulin is provided from the inner surfaces on one of the inner surfaces of the storage container or in which or one of the tarpaulins an inlet opening for a pressure medium.
By introducing the print medium, e.g. B. Compressed air with the help of a compressor, bulges under the tarpaulin and forms one of the top edge of the tarpaulin

area descending towards the emptying opening, over which the bulk material is transported
Emptying opening slips out, so that bulk goods can be removed from all with simple means
Areas of the storage container, in particular also from the corners and others
Discharge opening spaced areas are conveyed to the discharge opening.
If the emptying opening is located centrally in the bottom of the storage container, the (upper) tarpaulin forms a funnel-like surface when it is inserted
Drain opening at the edge of the bottom or at the bottom of a side wall of the
In the simplest case, the storage container is an inclined plane and the surface with
Media filled space wedge-shaped.
Preferably, two tarpaulins are provided, which are welded to one another along their upper edge, in particular by hot air or high-frequency welding, and are sealingly connected to one another and to the inner surface when they are connected to the inner surface near the emptying opening, the inlet opening for the introduction of the pressure medium between the tarpaulins the pressure medium is provided in one of the two tarpaulins. The sealing connection of the two tarpaulins creates a tight inflatable object that can be filled with pressure medium quickly and with little energy expenditure.
Advantageously, the tarpaulin or the tarpaulins are provided on their upper edge with piping, which prevent the tarpaulin or tarpaulins from being torn out at the screw connection to the inner walls of the storage container. For further reinforcement, flat iron rails can also be screwed onto the storage container at the top edge of the tarpaulin.
The attached drawings show an embodiment of the invention, wherein FIG. 1 shows an empty storage container in the form of a bunker room with tarpaulins mounted therein, and FIG. 2 shows the partially filled bunker room during emptying by the device according to the invention.
1 shows a right-angled bunker room with a floor 6 and side walls 2 and 3, in the lower area of which two tarpaulins 1 are fitted to the course of its inner surfaces. The tarpaulins 1 are welded to one another at their upper edges 4 and screwed to the side walls 2 and 3, a flat iron rail 8 preferably being screwed on, as indicated for the connection to the side wall 2. Furthermore, the tarpaulins around the emptying opening 5 are welded to one another and connected to the floor 6 of the bunker space, a frame 10

is screwed. Pressure medium, e.g. Introduce air between the tarpaulins using a compressor so that the top tarpaulin 1 bulges.
However, a suction device can also be coupled to the inlet opening in order to completely remove the air from the space between the tarpaulins 1 and to force the upper tarpaulin to bear against the lower tarpaulin, which is attached to the inner walls, side walls 2 and 3 and floor 6, is applied.
The bunker space is filled with bulk material 11 via the opening 9 when the tarpaulin 1 is completely in contact. As shown in FIG. 2, at the same time as the bulk material 11 is removed through the emptying opening 5, e.g. by means of a screw conveyor, air is introduced through the inlet opening 7 between the tarpaulins. The upper tarpaulin bulges and forms surfaces that fall from the upper edges 4 to the emptying opening 5, so that the bulk material 11 slides downwards and towards the center, similar to a funnel. This ensures that the bulk material slips from the edge and corner areas of the bunker room towards the center and towards the emptying opening and that the bunker room is completely emptied without any problems.
