Verbindungsschrauben (unsichtbar) verdeckt liegen.
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
Torbandlaschen tragenden vertikalen Rahmenprofil neben bzw.

<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
Fig.11 zeigt den Bodenriegel selbst.

The invention relates to a frame profile system for the production of swing gates, the frame profile system consisting of at least one vertical frame profile and at least one horizontal frame profile.
Shaped tubular box profiles are usually used for the construction of swing gates, which are either butt-welded or mitred, then ground and color-treated. For the installation or attachment of striking plates, gate bolts,
Support rods etc. are to be made with the corresponding holes, slots and openings, which are also partially to be closed again.
The production of a swing gate in this known manner is very complex.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a frame profile system with which the manufacture of a swing gate with any mass can be carried out more easily and more quickly. Nevertheless, the wing gate manufactured in this way should not be visible from the outside
Have connecting means.
This object is achieved in that the vertical frame profile is rectangular
Box profile with at least one outwardly open groove, which is provided in that outer surface of the profile, which is opposite the connection surface for the horizontal frame profile and that the horizontal frame profile is a rectangular box profile, which has internal screw channels. The advantage of this system is that the
Connection screws (invisible) are covered. The vertical and the horizontal
Frame profiles can be connected with connecting screws that have at least one
Push through the wall of the respective vertical frame profile and engage in the screw channels of the respective horizontal frame.
In order to be able to insert the connecting screws into the vertical frame profile, holes must be drilled in the connection surface for the horizontal frame profile and in the outer surface of the vertical frame profile opposite this surface. In the vertical frame profile according to the invention, the last-mentioned holes can be provided in the groove, which are simply z. B. can be closed by an insertable or insertable cover strip, so that the holes or the screws are no longer visible from the outside. When the door is closed, the groove and its cover point into the gap between the door leaves or into the gap between the door leaf and the goal post, so that the grooves and their covers are not visible from either side of the door.
In addition to the primarily optical function of the cover strips, which are preferably aligned in their position in the groove with the outer surface of the vertical frame profile, the
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
Cover strips can also be designed so that they z. B. the function of a vertical
Riegel meet, which can be moved with one of its ends beyond the vertical frame profile and thus engages in an opening in the floor or in a corresponding fitting attached to the floor. Or the cover strip serves as a striking plate and has one or more appropriately prefabricated openings that can be brought into any position in the groove.
Locking elements can be present in the groove, which have projections or
Counter locking elements can be locked on the cover strip, e.g. as "clips" or the like
Groove has undercuts in which the cover strip engages with its edges.
The vertical frame profile can also have one or more internal ones
Have screw channels in order to be able to securely fasten the required hardware components and to be able to install the vertical frame profile evenly anywhere.
Furthermore, the frame profile system can have a slide-in part which can be pushed into the vertical frame profile and is preferably dimensioned to fit the vertical frame profile. Such a slide-in part according to the invention is preferably a box-like component or an I or C-shaped component in cross section and is vertical
Frame profile is preferably provided in the areas where increased stability or
Wall thickness is required, namely in the area of the connection or
Screw connection with a horizontal frame profile that can be attached as an upper or lower frame part or in between as a fighter, but also in
Area of connection with a gate hinge. By stabilizing these areas by means of the slide-in parts, the horizontal and also the vertical frame profiles can be made correspondingly thinner and thus lighter and less expensive. The
Insert part is directed so that it is reinforced towards the connection surface and that it is to the
Door hinge strap has the required thread thickness for the screw connections.
The insertion part is preferably in one for screwing and stabilizing the
Frame profile as well as for screwing in the hinge strap, and the hinge strap can be mounted opposite a horizontal frame profile as well as on an adjacent profile surface.
The insertion part, which is used to stabilize the connection to the lower horizontal frame profile, can be designed or used in such a way that it projects beyond the lower end of the vertical frame profile and, due to its stability, serves as a gate wing stop.
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
The insertion part preferably has prefabricated openings and / or
Threaded holes for receiving fastening or connecting screws.
In particular, the insert part can have prefabricated openings for the passage
Have tools. Since the insert part completely or almost entirely in the vertical
When the frame profile is inserted, these openings, threaded holes and openings are not visible from the outside, but they make it easier to manufacture the swing gate
Frame profiles, since only smaller profiles with thinner wall thicknesses and with less
Weight must be manufactured and only the thinner vertical frame profile must be drilled in the right places.
With the frame profile system according to the invention, all connections and
Functions can be realized without welding and grinding. Making one
Swing gates are therefore easier, faster and the individual profiles can be color-coated in advance at a lower price than an entire gate frame afterwards. In addition, this design is more suitable for the "self-builders".
Advantageously, the frame profile system, after the hinge strap is screwed into the insertion part relative to the horizontal frame profile, can furthermore have a preferably two-part gap cover, the first part of which on the
The vertical frame profile carrying the gate hinge straps is attached or attachable next to or above the gate hinge strap and the second of which can be fastened to a goal post, the two parts moving against one another when the gate is pivoted open, and access to the goal post in any position of the goal

The horizontal frame profile 7 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 also has internal screw channels 8.
The insertion part 9 shown in FIGS. 4 to 7 has two openings in a wall
10, which are penetrated by the screws 3 for connecting the vertical frame profile 1 to the horizontal frame profile 7 (see FIGS. 9, 12 and 13). In the opposite wall there are concentrically larger openings 11 through which the head of the screws 3 also fits and through which the screws 3 can be tightened or loosened with the aid of a screwdriver. In the case of an insert part with a C-shaped cross section, the screws 3 can only be inserted through the openings 10 on the floor (see FIG. 6a).
Furthermore, one or more threaded bores 12 are provided in the opposite wall or in the opposite flanks, into which the screw (s) for fastening the hinge strap (s) 21 can (can) engage (see FIG. 13).
