   Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Antriebsvorrichtung für die Spindeln von Spinn-und Zwirnmaschinen, bei welchen die Spindelwirtel mittels eines endlosen, durchlochten Treibbandes angetrieben werden. Die neue Vorrichtung ist im wesentlichen dadurch gekenn-   zeichnet, dass die Spindellager, die Antriebswirtel und das Treibband in einer trogförmigen, verschliessbaren, mit Öl gefüllten Spindelbank angeordnet sind, um den Austritt von Schmieröl und   Unfälle durch Abgleiten oder Reissen des Treibbandes zu verhüten. 



   In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen die Fig. 1 und 2 die neue Antriebsvorrichtung in Draufsicht und in Ansicht ; Fig. 3 stellt in grösserem   Massstabe   einen Querschnitt durch die trogfönnige   Spindelbank dar.   



   Der Antrieb sämtlicher Spindeln 2 erfolgt in bekannter Weise mittels eines endlosen, durchlochten Antriebsbandes   1,   das tangential oder nahezu tangential zu den Spindelwirteln 20 verläuft. Die Wirtel 20 sind mit Vorsprüngen 21 versehen, die in entsprechende Löcher des Antriebsbandes 1 eingreifen. Das Antriebsband ist um Rollen 3, 4 geführt, von denen die eine 3 mittels einer Scheibe 6 und eines Riemens 7 angetrieben wird. 



   Der   Erfindung gemäss   sind die Spindellager 27, die Antriebswirtel 20 und das Treibband 1 in einer trogförmigen Spindelbank 8 angeordnet, die mittels eines Deckels 10 verschliessbar und mit Schmieröl gefüllt ist. An den Wänden des Troges   8   ist eine Platte 11 abnehmbar befestigt, welche die Lager der Spindeln 2 und ausserdem eine Anzahl von Rollen 12 trägt, welche das Treibband 1 mit den Spindelwirtdn 20 im Eingriff halten. Die Spindellager 27 sind an ihren unteren Enden mit Öffnungen 13 versehen, durch welche das Schmieröl eintreten und in die inneren Lager der Spindeln 2 gelangen kann. 



   Die beschriebene Vorrichtung verhütet den Austritt von Schmieröl, Unfälle durch Abgleiten oder Reissen des Treibbandes und Verunreinigungen der Spindellager und Wirtel durch Staub oder dgl. 



      PATENT ANSPRÜCHE   :
1. Antriebsvorrichtung für die Spindeln von   Spinn-und Zwimmaschinen   mit einem endlosen.   durchlochten Treibbande, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass   die Spindellager (27,   die Antnebs-   wirtel   (20)   und das Treibband   (1)   in einer trogförmigen, verschliessbaren, mit Öl gefüllten Spindelhank (8) angeordnet sind,   umdcn Austritt von Schmierö !   und   Unfälle durch Abgleiten oder   Reissen des Treibbandes zu verhüten.

   The present invention relates to a drive device for the spindles of spinning and twisting machines, in which the spindle whorls are driven by means of an endless, perforated drive belt. The new device is essentially characterized in that the spindle bearings, the drive whorls and the drive belt are arranged in a trough-shaped, lockable, oil-filled spindle bank in order to prevent the escape of lubricating oil and accidents caused by sliding or tearing of the drive belt.



   In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely Figures 1 and 2 show the new drive device in plan view and in view; Fig. 3 shows, on a larger scale, a cross section through the trough-shaped spindle bank.



   All the spindles 2 are driven in a known manner by means of an endless, perforated drive belt 1 which runs tangentially or almost tangentially to the spindle whorls 20. The whorls 20 are provided with projections 21 which engage in corresponding holes in the drive belt 1. The drive belt is guided around rollers 3, 4, one of which 3 is driven by means of a pulley 6 and a belt 7.



   According to the invention, the spindle bearings 27, the drive whorls 20 and the drive belt 1 are arranged in a trough-shaped spindle bank 8, which can be closed by means of a cover 10 and is filled with lubricating oil. A plate 11 is removably attached to the walls of the trough 8 and carries the bearings of the spindles 2 and also a number of rollers 12 which hold the drive belt 1 with the spindle hosts 20 in engagement. The spindle bearings 27 are provided at their lower ends with openings 13 through which the lubricating oil can enter and get into the inner bearings of the spindles 2.



   The device described prevents the leakage of lubricating oil, accidents caused by slipping or tearing of the drive belt and contamination of the spindle bearings and whorls by dust or the like.
