   Es sind Vorrichtungen zum Lüften von Würzen, Maischen und dgl. bekannt, bei denen die zu   haftende   Flüssigkeit durch einen Luftstrahl angesaugt, mit Luft gemischt und im Kreislauf in den Gärbottich zurückbefördert wird. Auf eine Vorrichtung dieser Art bezieht sich die vorliegende Erfindung, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass im Innern des Bottichs eine Anzahl von Luftstrahlapparaten liegend angeordnet sind, wobei das Ende der an die Luftstrahlapparate   anschliessenden Mischrohre   am oberen Teile mit Löchern versehen ist und zweckmässig oberhalb der Rohre siebartige Verteilkörper angeordnet sind. 



   Die Fig. 1 und 2 der Zeichnung zeigen eine beispielsweise gewählte   Ausführung-   form der Vorrichtung im lotrechten bzw.   wagerechten Schnitt.   



   Im Innern des Bottichs a, und zwar am Bottichboden liegend, ist eine Reihe von Luftstrahlapparaten angeordnet, die aus je einem Injektor c mit der Injektordüse d und einem an den Injektor   anschliessenden   Mischrohr e bestehen. Die Injektoren c sind mit der Presslnftleitung b verbunden. Die durch die Öffnungen l (Fig. 1)-aspiriert Flüssigkeit mengt sich in den Röhren e mit der Pressluft ; das Luft-Flüssigkeitsgemisch tritt durch Löcher h aus, die im oberen Teile der Mischröbrene vorgesehen sind. Oberhalb der Röhren e können siebartige Verteilkörper j angeordnet sein, durch welche die aus den Löchein h austretende Luft nochmals fein verteilt wird, bevor sie die darüberstehende Flüssigkeitsschicht durchstreicht.

Sieve-like distribution bodies j can be arranged above the tubes e, through which the air emerging from the holes h is again finely distributed before it passes through the layer of liquid above.

PATENTANSPRUCH : Vorrichtung zum Lüften von Würzen, Maischen und dgl. durch Ansaugen det zu lüftenden Flüssigkeit mittels Pressluft und Rückförderung in den Gärbottich, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Innern des Bottichs eine Anzahl von Luftstrahlapparaten liegend angeordnet sind, wobei das Ende der Mischrohre am oberen Teile mit Löchern verschen ist und zweckmässig oberhalb der Rohre siebartige Vorteilkörper angeordnet sind.
