Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Faserverbund-Halbzeug (1), aufweisend eine untere (2) und eine obere Deckschicht (3) mit Fasern (6), wobei die untere Deckschicht (2) parallel zur oberen Deckschicht (3) angeordnet ist, wobei zwischen der unteren (2) und der oberen Deckschicht (3) Ellipsoid-förmige Glasschaum-Elemente (4) in zumindest zwei parallelen Ebenen angeordnet sind, wobei in jeder Ebene die Glasschaum-Elemente (4) in einem kartesischen Gitter angeordnet sind und die Gitterpunkte zweier benachbarter paralleler Ebenen in Richtung der Ebenen derart zueinander versetzt sind, dass die kartesischen Gitterpunkte in der einen der beiden benachbarten Ebenen zwischen den kartesischen Gitterpunkten in der anderen der beiden benachbarten Ebenen angeordnet sind, wobei zwischen den Ellipsoid-förmigen Glasschaum-Elementen (4) Fasern (6) und Bindematerial (7) angeordnet sind, wobei die Glasschaum-Elemente (4) an deren Oberflächen Rippen (13) aufweisen, wobei die Rippen (13) der Glasschaum-Elemente (4) mit Rippen (13) von in benachbarten Ebenen angeordneten benachbarten Glasschaum-Elementen (4) ineinandergreifen.
