KINDER- ODER JUGENDSKISCHUHCHILDREN OR YOUTH KISHEN
The invention relates to a children or youth ski boot with a rigid ski boot shell and a ski boot sole with a front connection area for a toe of a ski binding, the ski boot sole has in the front connection area rising from the footstep of the ski boot sole on a flat footprint to the front sole end sole bottom , which is provided with a contact portion for a sole pad of the toe.
An adult ski boot with a bottom sole rising to the front end is known from EP 3 045 065 A1. The ski boot is designed in such a way that the ski boot sole at the front connection area substantially complies with both the specifications of ISO 5355 and those of ISO 9523 and can therefore be used with a ski binding and touring ski binding. The free upper sole side has at the front end of the ski boot sole on a flat base freestanding ski boot from the stand a distance perpendicular to the floor space of at least 25 mm, further has the free sole top with freestanding on the floor ski boot in a longitudinally measured distance of 28 mm to 34 mm from the front end of the sole, a distance to the underside of the sole of 19 mm ± 2 mm measured perpendicular to the base. The underside of the sole, with the ski boot standing free from the front end of the sole, measured lengthwise at a distance of 40 mm ± 10 mm from the front end of the sole, is at least 5 mm away from the footprint. According to ISO 9523, which specifies touring ski boot soles, the distance between the bottom of the sole and the footprint must be exactly 5 mm at a point in the range of 30 mm to 50 mm from the front end of the sole. The front connection area of ski boot soles according to EP 3 045 065 A1 is also designed in such a way that walking with such ski boots is more comfortable than with conventional ski boots. Ski boots with such a sole technology are on the market under the name GripWalk ®. The corresponding GripWalk ® ski bindings can also be used with the usual, standardized alpine boots according to ISO 5355.

[0004] Die DE 20215982 U1 befasst sich mit einer Skischuhsohle zum Gehen, deren Basisoberfläche durch flache Spitzen von vorragenden Stollen gebildet ist, wobei das vordere Ende der Schuhsohle Stollen aus einem speziellen kautschukartigen Material aufweist.DE 20215982 U1 is concerned with a ski boot sole for walking, whose base surface is formed by flat tips of protruding studs, wherein the front end of the shoe sole studs made of a special rubber-like material.
For children's and youth ski boots is an optional use in slopes and touring bindings not in the foreground and currently not under discussion. Here, however, there is also the desire for ski boots with a much better walking and Abrollkomfort than that of conventional children's and youth ski boots. However, any variations in the ski boot soles of the ISO 5355 Type C standard applicable to children's and youth ski boots should be such that any necessary adjustments to the ski binding ensure that improved walking boots as well as standard ski boots are equally usable.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide such a ski boot available.
The object is achieved according to the invention with a ski boot, which is designed so that when positioned on a flat footprint ski boot - the distance determined parallel to the footprint of the footprint or the foremost point of the footprint of the ski boot sole from the front sole end 45 mm to 79th mm, - and that at that point of the contact portion, which is in a parallel to Standflä surface determined by 32 mm ± 2 mm from the front sole end, the perpendicular to the standing surface distance to the level of the upper edge of the front sole end 16,5 mm ± 1.5 mm, wherein the determined perpendicular to the footprint distance of the bottom sole to the level of the upper edge of the front sole end before this point is smaller and behind this point is greater.
The ski boot according to the invention therefore has a ski boot sole, which in the particularly important for a comfortable walking front connection area depending on the shoe size over a shorter or longer section to the front sole end rising sole bottom has, this section is considered in ski boot longitudinal direction at least 45 mm , In this case, the ski boot sole is advantageously designed such that the standardized in ISO 5355 type C dimension of 16.5 mm ± 1.5 mm is located at a point in that portion of the sole bottom rising to the front sole end rising. For conventionally designed children's and youth ski boots, this point is located in the area of the contact surface with the ski boot on a flat base.
In a preferred embodiment, in a positioned on a flat footprint ski boot sole bottom relative to the ground at an inclination angle of 10 ° ± 5 °, said angle as an angle of a straight line between the footprint and the front end of the footprint of the sole bottom is determined on the ground and the lower edge of the front sole end. An inclination angle in this area is particularly advantageous for a particularly good rolling and walking comfort of the ski boots.
Also preferred is an embodiment of the ski boot, wherein the determined parallel to the base space distance of the footprint or the foremost point of the footprint of the ski boot sole from the front sole end 65 mm ± 10 mm, in particular 65 mm ± 5mm. This embodiment is particularly advantageous for a particularly good rolling and walking comfort of the ski boots.
Preferably, the ski boot sole of the ski boot is further designed such that when positioned on a flat footprint ski boot, the vertical distance of the upper edge of the front sole end to the base 24 mm ± 1.5 mm. This distance is independent of the position of the mentioned footprint of the ski boot sole. Therefore, the likewise mentioned inclination angle is selected accordingly.
Eine derartige Ausgestaltung entspricht vorteilhafter Weise der ISO 5355 Typ C.The ski boot sole is further preferably designed such that it has at its front end a thickness of 12 mm ± 1.5 mm. Such a configuration corresponds advantageously to the ISO 5355 type C.
Further features, advantages and details of the invention will now be described with reference to the schematic drawing illustrating an embodiment in more detail. 1 and 2 each show a side view of the sole region of a ski boot according to the invention; and Fig. 3 shows a side view of a toe binding of a ski binding with a ski boot inserted.
Designations in the specification and in the claims, such as vertical, transversal and the like, relate, unless otherwise indicated, to the top of a ski, not shown, and its longitudinal extent.
Die Sohlenlängen der Kinder- und Jugendskischuhe betragen daher 170 mm bis 300 mm, insbesondere 185 mm bis 260 mm.Ski boots designed according to the invention are children's and youth ski boots with a shoe size according to ISO 5355 of 15 to 25, in particular 15 to 21. The sole lengths of the children's and youth ski boots are therefore 170 mm to 300 mm, in particular 185 mm to 260 mm.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a ski boot a ski boot sole 1 and the adjoining thereto area of a ski boot shell 2. The ski boot sole 1 has a front to closing area 3, by means of which the connection of the ski boot is made to a toe bake of a ski binding, and a rear connection region 4, by means of which the connection of the ski boot with a rear binding part - a heel baking - is done. The rear connection region 4 is not the subject of the invention, so that its design is not discussed in detail. In the front connection region 3, the ski boot sole 1 has a sole underside 5 with a contact section 5a passing through in the transverse direction. Within the contact section 5a, the ski boot sole 1, with a ski boot inserted in the toe piece, comes into contact with a sole support 6 (FIG. 3) in a planar or linear manner. The rear connection region 4 also has a sole bottom 6 with a contact section 6a, with which the ski boot sole in front of the heel base comes into contact with a binding part, in particular a pedal of a ski brake, when the ski boot is inserted in the heel shoes. The broken line L shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 is the connecting line between the contact points of the contact sections 5a, 6a extending along the ski center in the longitudinal direction of the ski. Between the front and the rear connection region 3, 4, the ski boot sole 1 is provided in a conventional manner with a shaping.
Both at its front end and at its rear end, the ski boot sole 1 has an outer shell 2 projecting end portion, so that the ski boot sole 1 can be attacked at least from above of a component of the toe or heel in a conventional manner.
The ski boot has due to the special design of the ski boot sole 1 when walking on a rolling behavior, which allows a much more comfortable walking than with conventional ski boots. Above all, the execution of the ski boot sole 1 in the front connection area 3 provides for the favorable roll-off behavior. The sole underside 5 in the front connection area 3 is inclined upwards in the direction of the front sole end and can be slightly curved outwards overall. If the ski boot is on a level standing surface (FIG. 1), the angle of inclination α of the sole bottom 5 is determined as the angle of a straight line between the support point A (in the case of a substantially linear support) or the front end of the support point A (in the case of a flat support ) at the base and the sole end, 10 ° ± 5 °. The horizontally determined distance aj between the support point A and the front end of the support point A and the sole end is 45 mm to 79 mm, in particular 65 mm ± 10 mm, preferably 65 mm ± 5 mm. Around the area of the support point A, the bottom sole 5 has a curvature 7. The curvature 7 is located in the ski binding used ski boot below the line L, as shown in Fig. 2.
The sole thickness di at the top of the ski boot sole is 12 mm ± 1.5 mm, the distance bj determined perpendicular to the base surface of the upper edge of the sole end to the flat base is 24 mm ± 1.5 mm. The contact portion 5a begins in a parallel to the flat base surface determined horizontal distance a2 from the front sole end of 23 mm ± 1.5 mm and has an extension 1 in the longitudinal direction of the sole 20 mm ± 1.5 mm. In the contact portion 5a is at a horizontal distance a3 of 32 mm ± 2 mm from the front sole end of the present perpendicular to the standing surface distance b2 to the level of the upper edge of the front sole end 16.5 mm ± 1.5 mm, wherein the determined perpendicular to the base space distance the bottom of the sole lower to the level of the upper edge of the front sole end before this point and behind this point becomes larger. b2 therefore corresponds to the dimension of 16.5 mm ± 1.5 mm according to ISO 5355 type C. The contact portion 5a can be designed as a shallow, in particular 1 mm to 1.5 mm deep depression in the ski boot sole 1, as in FIGS Figures 1 and 2, or a portion of a running without trough bottom sole be. Behind the mentioned point, the distance b2 can be maintained over the extension of the trough in the shoe longitudinal direction. In a non-troughed embodiment, the distance of the sole bottom from the level of the upper edge of the front sole end before the mentioned point is continuously smaller, continuously larger behind the mentioned point. If the underside of the sole is profiled, these distances are determined by the envelope of the bottom of the sole.
A.Fig. 3 shows schematically a toe 8 of a ski binding with inserted ski shoe and with at least one front end portion of the ski boot sole 1 from above engaging sole holder 9. The toe 8 has a housing 10 with a housing lower part 11, which the sole holder. 9 surmounted in the direction of not shown heel cheeks and is provided in its towering part with the sole pad 6. The sole support 6 can be made in several parts in a conventional manner and has as the top part of a support member 12 which is, for example, a substantially platelet-shaped component. The support element 12 is either elastically resiliently movable in the vertical direction to a degree of 2.5 mm to 3 mm or arranged fixed in the vertical direction. The support element 12 has an apex S, which has a distance a4 from the front sole end when the ski boot is inserted into the ski binding, which distance is 32 mm ± 2 mm and therefore at least substantially corresponds to the distance a3. The position of the at least one sole holder 9 in the front jaw is such that the underside of the ski boot sole 1 from above engaging part of the sole holder 9 in the vertical direction has a distance b3 to the level of the apex S, which is adapted to the distance b2 (Fig is and therefore 16.5 mm ± 1.5 mm. In the toe cheeks, therefore, both a children or youth ski boot with a standard sole according to the standard ISO 5355 Type C and a child or youth. Youth ski boot according to the invention are used. The overall height of the sole support 6 is such that behind the sole support 6 in the lower housing part 11 sufficient free space for receiving the buckle 7 of a ski boot sole according to the invention remains. In an embodiment of the sole pad 6 with elastically resilient, vertical mobility of the support element 12, the highest, highest position of the support element 12 shown in Fig. 3 corresponds to that position in which a children's ski boot according to the invention and a child ski boot constructed according to standards can be used. However, ski boots for adults which have so-called GripWalk® soles or are equipped with GripWalk® soles and adult ski boots according to ISO 5355 type A are advantageously also usable in the toe cheeks with a vertically movable support element 12.
The ski boot sole 1 can be composed of two parts in the front connection area. A first, upper part, and a second, lower part, which is provided with the buckle 7 and the contact portion 5a. Here, the ski boot sole 1 on the second part have a profiling on the outside, which ensures a secure grip while walking and increases walking comfort. The upper part of the ski boot sole can be made in one piece with the ski boot shell 2.
