Abstract

Ein neues Verbundmaterial, das sich aus Holzasche und Magnesiumklebstoff zusammensetzt, welches eine einfache Fertigung und Herstellung von Formteilen ermöglicht. Holzasche wird verwertet, anstatt sie als Sondermüll zu entsorgen. Ökologische und nachhaltige Produktionsvorgänge werden ermöglicht. Das Material erhält, nachdem es an der Luft getrocknet ist, im ausgehärteten Zustand einen steinähnlichen Charakter. Durch offenporige, poröse Eigenschaften der Oberfläche eignet sich die Erfindung für Wandpaneele und kann unter anderem für akustische Zwecke eingesetzt werden.
