Die Erfindung betrifft ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel für Pferde. Erfindungsgemäß ist dasNahrungsergänzungsmittel zusammengesetzt aus:9 g Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma9 g Poria Cocos Sclerotium6 g Paeoniae Radix Alba9 g Angelicae Sinensis Radix6 g Aurantii Fr.9 g Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium3 g Notopterygii Radix6 g Coicis Sm.3 g Glcyrrhizae Radix1 g Platycodi Radix.

Beschreibung
NAHRUNGSERGÄNZUNGSMITTEL FÜR PFERDE
[0001] Die Erfindung betrifft ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel für Pferde bzw. allgemein das Gebiet der veterinären Diätetik.
[0002] Hufrehe bei Pferden ist eine Huferkrankung, die verschiedenen Ursachen hat. Diese Ursachen können mit Giften, dem Stoffwechsel, der Geburt und Medikamenten in Zusammenhang stehen.
[0003] Problematisch bei der Hufrehe ist, dass es zu Kreislaufstörungen im Bereich des Hufes mit nachfolgender Huflederhautnekrose kommt, was sehr schmerzhaft ist. In fortgeschrittenen Fällen kann es zu einem Hufbeinabsenken und Durchbrechen oder Ausschuhen kommen.
[0004] Zur Behandlung gibt es verschiedene Therapiemöglichkeiten. Es ist möglich, Schmerzmittel zu spritzen oder Blutverdünnungsmedikamente zuzuführen, um einen lokalen Kreislauf zu verbessern. Daneben sind auch diätetische Beratung, ein guter Hufschmied und eine orthopädische Betreuung wichtig.
[0005] Wie von der Erfinderin erkannt wurde, bietet Alternativmedizin die Möglichkeit einer raschen Schmerzlinderung und Geweberegeneration sowie eines verbesserten lokalen Kreislaufes und verbesserten Stoffwechsels, was eigentlich Ausgangspunkt für die primäre Ursache der Hufrehe ist. Ein entsprechendes, erfindungsgemäßes Nahrungsergänzungsmittel zur Verwendung bei der Behandlung von Hufrehe bei Pferden besteht aus den nachfolgend genannten Kräutern (chinesische Namen sind in Klammern angegeben): 9 g Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Bai Zhu) 9 g Poria Cocos Sclerotium (Fu Ling) 6 g Paeoniae Radix Alba (Bai Shao Yao) 9 g Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui) 6 g Aurantii Fr. (Zhi Ke) 9 g Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chen Pi) 3 g Notopterygii Radix (Qiang Huo) 6 g Coicis Sm. (Yi Yi Ren) 3 g Glcyrrhizae Radix (Gan Cao) 1 g Platycodi Radix (Jie Geng).
[0006] Die vorstehende Zusammensetzung entspricht einer Tagesdosis bei einer empfohlenen Kurdauer von 10 Tagen bei Pferden mit einem Gewicht bis zu 300 kg. Über dieses Gewicht hinaus ist die doppelte Dosierung anzuwenden.
[0007] Mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Nahrungsergänzungsmittel bzw. Futtermittel und der spezifischen Kräutermischung wird ein lokaler Kreislauf im Huf verbessert und dadurch eine Genesung beschleunigt, vor allem aber der Stoffwechsel des zu behandelnden Pferdes verbessert, was rasch zu einer Verbesserung des Allgemeinzustandes des Pferdes führt. 1 /2
