Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sortierer (1) und ein Verfahrenzur Sichtung von Fasermasse. Der Sortierer umfasst eine Körperkonstruktion (2) und eine an deren Innenseite positionierte rotierbare Siebtrommel (3), deren mit Öffnungen (8) ausgerüstete Trommeloberfläche eine Sortierfläche (10) zur Sichtung der Fasermasse bildet. Zum Sortierer gehörenweiterhin eine Zuführkammer (6) und ein sich damit imZusammenhang befindliche Zuführblock (7) für die Fasermasse zum Zuführen der Fasermasse in den Sortierer, eine Akzeptkammer (9) und ein sich damit im Zusammenhang befindliche Akzeptblock (11) für die Fasermasse zum Entfernen einer durch die Sortierfläche (10) gelangten Fasermassenfraktion aus dem Sortierer sowie ein Rejektblock zum Entfernen einer nicht durch die Sortierfläche gelangenden Fasermassenfraktion aus dem Sortierer. Weiterhin umfasst der Sortierer zum Reinigen der Sortierfläche an der Siebtrommel mindestens eine statische Zuführöffnung (15) für ein Spülmedium zum Zuführen des Spülmediums aus der Akzeptkammer oder aus der Richtung der Akzeptkammer gegen die Siebtrommel oder in Richtung der Siebtrommel.The invention relates to a sorter (1) and a method for screening fiber material.
