Abstract

Eine Blattbildungspartie umfasst eine Untersiebschlaufe (11), die hinter der Brustwalze (12) einen Langsiebabschnitt (T1) bildet. Auf dem Langsiebabschnitt (T1) befindet sich ein stationärer Formierschuh (40), der einen mit durchgehenden Öffnungen (42) versehenen Deckel (41) hat und ein durch die Öffnungen (42) des Deckels (41) hindurch wirkendes Vakuum (P40) aufweist. Des Weiteren hat die Blattbildungspartie einen Stoffauflauf (100), mit dem ein Faserstoffsuspensionsstrahl auf die Auftreffstelle am Anfangsteil des Formierschuhs (40) gespritzt wird. Der mit Öffnungen (42) versehene Bereich des Deckels (41) des Formierschuhs (40) beginnt an der Auftreffstelle des Faserstoffsuspensionsstrahls und erstreckt sich in Maschinenrichtung bis zur Wasserlinie der Bahn, wobei im Bereich des Formierschuhs (40) von der Suspensionsstrahl-auftreffstelle bis zur Wasserlinie der Bahn ein ununterbrochenes Vakuum auf die Faserstoffsuspension wirkt.
