The invention relates to an exhaust system with an exhaust aftertreatment system for nitrogen oxide and particle reduction, with at least one SCR catalyst for nitrogen oxide reduction and at least one arranged upstream of the SCR catalyst Partikelabscheider or particle filter for particle reduction, wherein upstream of the Partikelabscheiders a metering device for a reducing agent is arranged.
Stromaufwärts zum ersten Partikelabscheider oder Partikelfilter zweigt ein Abgasteilstrom vom Abgasstrom ab und dabei ist im Abgasteilstrom eine Zumesseinrichtung für ein Reduktionsmittel sowie ein zweiter Partikelabscheider oder Partikelfilter angeordnet.EP 1 892 395 A1 describes an exhaust aftertreatment system for the reduction of nitrogen oxides and particles in internal combustion engines operated with excess air, wherein the reduction of nitrogen oxides takes place by means of an SCR catalyst (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and the particle reduction by means of a particle separator or a particle filter. In the exhaust stream of the internal combustion engine, an oxidation catalyst is arranged, which converts at least a portion of the nitrogen monoxide contained in the exhaust gas stream into nitrogen dioxide. Downstream of the oxidation catalytic converter, a first particle separator or particle filter is arranged in the exhaust gas flow, which converts the particles deposited in the first particle separator or particle filter into carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and nitrogen monoxide with the aid of the exhaust gas stream. Upstream of the first particle separator or particle filter, a partial exhaust gas stream branches off from the exhaust gas stream, and a metering device for a reducing agent and a second particle separator or particle filter are arranged in the partial exhaust gas stream.
Stromaufwärts des Partikelfilters ist ein Hydrolysekatalysator sowie eine Zumesseinrichtung für Reduktionsmittel angeordnet.EP 1 892 394 A1 describes an exhaust aftertreatment system having an SCR catalyst disposed upstream of a NH 3 oxidation catalyst and downstream of a particulate trap or particulate filter in the exhaust stream. Upstream of the particulate filter, a hydrolysis catalyst and a metering device for reducing agent is arranged.
Eine ähnliche Anordnung ist aus der WO 08/059 172 A2 bekannt.WO 00/34 630 A1 an internal combustion engine with a low-pressure exhaust gas recirculation system is known, wherein the exhaust gas recirculation line branches off in the region of a filter assembly from the exhaust system. In this case, the filter arrangement has a core area with a particle filter and a ring area with a converter unit, wherein the core area and the ring area each form an exhaust gas flow path. The exhaust gas recirculation line branches off the filter arrangement downstream of the core region. A similar arrangement is known from WO 08/059172 A2.
The object of the invention is to enable the simplest possible way a fine distribution of the introduced into the exhaust system reducing agent and a reducing agent-free recycling of pre-purified exhaust gas.
According to the invention it is achieved in that downstream of the Partikelabscheiders or particulate filter, a diversion is arranged for an exhaust gas recirculation line and that in the metering device in the exhaust line, a substantially aligned in the flow direction of the exhaust baffle is arranged, which the exhaust gas flow through the Partikelabscheider or particle filter is divided into a reducing agent-rich first and a reducing agent-poor second exhaust path, wherein preferably the guide is arranged in the beam region of the introduced by the metering device reducing agent. The division of the exhaust gas flow into two flow paths prevents large quantities of the reducing agent from entering the exhaust gas recirculation line. The aim is a reducing agent-free exhaust gas recirculation. The removal of the exhaust gas downstream of the particle separator or particulate filter makes it possible to supply pre-purified exhaust gas to the inlet side. The diesel separator or diesel particle filter can have different coatings in the region of the reducing agent-rich first exhaust gas path and the low-emission-medium second exhaust gas path, which enables optimal exhaust gas aftertreatment for each exhaust gas path.
[0007] Die Zumessung des Reduktionsmittels stromaufwärts des Partikelabscheiders oder Partikelfilters ermöglicht eine gute Verdampfung und Feinverteilung des Reduktionsmittels, wobei zur Verbesserung der Verdampfungsrate vorgesehen sein kann, dass zwischen der 1 /5 österreichisches Patentamt AT507 633B1 2012-06-15The metering of the reducing agent upstream of the Partikelabscheiders or particle filter allows good evaporation and dispersion of the reducing agent, which may be provided to improve the evaporation rate that between the Austrian Patent Office AT507 633B1 2012-06-15
Metering device and the particle separator or particle filter, a preferably metallic hydrolysis catalyst is arranged. In this case, the particulate filter may comprise a ceramic substrate. Without hydrolysis catalyst, a metallic substrate would be preferable.
Instead of a separate hydrolysis catalyst can also be provided that the diesel or diesel particulate filter has a zone coating, wherein at least one preferably arranged in the initial region of the diesel particulate coating zone has a hydrolysis function.
In order to prevent significant amounts of the reducing agent get into the low-pressure exhaust gas recirculation line and thus be removed from the exhaust gas purification process, it is advantageous if the metering device is arranged on the side facing away from the branch for the exhaust gas recirculation line of the exhaust line.
In particular, when using a hydrolysis catalyst can be provided that the particle is designed uncoated. It is particularly advantageous if, upstream of the metering device, a first diesel oxidation catalyst and downstream of the SCR catalyst an exhaust gas aftertreatment component preferably formed by a second diesel oxidation catalyst for the oxidation of remaining unburnt exhaust gas components is arranged. For improved fine distribution of the reducing agent may be provided in a continuation of the invention that between the diesel particulate filter and the SCR catalyst, a mixing device is arranged.
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS.
[0012] Es zeigen schematisch [0013] Fig. 1 eine erfindungsgemäße Abgasanlage und [0014] Fig. 2 ein Detail dieser Abgasanlage.1 shows an exhaust system according to the invention, and [0014] FIG. 2 shows a detail of this exhaust system.
The exhaust system 1 has downstream of an exhaust gas turbine 2, a particulate filter 3 and an SCR catalyst 4. Upstream of the particulate filter 3, a metering device 5 is arranged, which injects reducing agent 6 into the exhaust gas line 7. Downstream of the particulate filter 3 branches off an exhaust gas recirculation line from the exhaust line 7, wherein the branch is designated by reference numeral 9. With 10 an EGR valve is indicated.
The removal of the recirculated exhaust gas downstream of the particulate filter 3 makes it possible to supply pre-purified exhaust gas to the intake system again. By the metering of the reducing agent upstream of the particulate filter 3, a high degree of evaporation and fine distribution of the reducing agent is achieved in the exhaust stream, which allows an early dosing start of the reducing agent and therefore the highest Denoxierungswirkungsgrade the SCR system.
In order to prevent reducing agent via the exhaust gas recirculation line 8 is lost to the cleaning process, in the exhaust line 7 in the region of the metering device 5 upstream of the particulate filter 3, a guide 11 is arranged, which the exhaust gas stream in a reduction rich first exhaust path 12 and a low-emission second exhaust path 13 splits. The removal point 9 for the exhaust gas to be recirculated is arranged in the region of the second exhaust gas path 13 downstream of the particulate filter 3.
The spray pattern of, for example, NH3-containing reducing agent 6, and the guide 11 are fluidically tuned so that in the diesel particulate filter 3 a reducing agent-rich first exhaust path 12 and low-reduction second exhaust path 13 form. The flow guide is designed so that it comes after the diesel particulate filter 3 to no mixing of the second exhaust path with the reducing agent.
2/5In order to achieve a high evaporation of the reducing agent 6, upstream of the particle filter 3, a hydrolysis catalyst 14 may be arranged. Furthermore, a mixing device 17 may be provided downstream of the particulate filter 3 and upstream of the SCR catalyst 4. 2.5
