Abstract
Description
2 AT 501 617 B12 AT 501 617 B1
The present invention relates to a self-loading wagon according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for operating its backflow flap according to the preamble of claim 10. 5 CH 398 168 A a loader wagon for transporting green and dried fodder is known in which the crop on a pickup roller is picked up from the field and transported by means of a Hochförderorganes into the hold, wherein the crop drops down about halfway into the hold. The end wall of the loading wagon is driven forward so that only a comparatively small space for filling with crop remains, io First, this space is filled with crop, the crop is compacted to accommodate a larger amount of the crop in the loader can. As soon as this small room is full, the end wall is moved further backwards by means of a carrier mounted on a rolling floor, so that the space is enlarged. Now this enlarged space is filled as well. This process is repeated so often that the loader wagon is completely filled.
The compacted crop exerts considerable forces on the sloping end wall, so that a displacement and / or opening of the end wall is problematic. In addition, pressing the end wall under the influence of the crop on the rolling floor, which is why this 20 has a low durability. In practice, it also happens that the end wall skips a driver, so that the end wall moves a bit uncontrolled backwards.
From DE 16 57 462 a loader wagon for transporting crops is known in the loading space 25 a horizontally displaceable, vertically aligned support wall is arranged, which forms a compartment for receiving the crop together with a likewise horizontally displaceable end wall (1). Once this compartment is filled, both the front wall, and the support wall are moved vertically via the hydraulic, the compartment is increased accordingly to receive additional crop. This process is repeated until the 30 loader wagon is completely filled. For unloading, the load is transported out through the loading opening. In order to facilitate a displacement of the load within the loader wagon, a circumferential scraper floor is provided on the loading floor. Since in the self-loading wagon according to DE 16 57 462 neither the support wall, nor the front wall can be opened, a lot of time is required for unloading the crop. In addition, both the movable end wall and the movable support wall require a high degree of mechanical components, which are naturally subject to high wear and a certain susceptibility to interference.
Based on this, the object of the present invention is to provide a loader wagon 40 for transporting crop material which, despite its high loading capacity, is not subjected to any great wear and in which the backflow flap can easily be moved and opened.
As a technical solution to this problem, according to the invention a self-loading wagon according to the features of claim 1 and a method for operating the backflow flap with the 45 features of claim 10 is proposed. Advantageous developments of this wagon and the method can be found in the respective subclaims.
A trained according to this technical teaching loader wagon has the advantage that the backflow flap in any position, in the loaded, as in the unloaded state, can be moved vertically upwards. This facilitates the movement of the backflow flap to the rear and the opening of the loading wagon for unloading.
5Another advantage is that the back pressure flap by the lifting device, in particular by the double-acting cylinder, even against the ground and / or the Kratzbo-55 can press the to jam the backwater valve. As a result, the backflow flap 3 AT 501 617 B1 better withstand the pressure built up by the crop without skipping or damaging the driver attached to the floor conveyor. As a result, jamming ensures that the backwater flap reliably remains in the desired position so that the loader wagon can be properly loaded. 5
Yet another advantage is that the crop can be transported by pressing the scraper floor in a simple manner from the loader wagon, even if the loader wagon should be filled only partially. In another preferred embodiment, a scraper floor for transporting the crop is provided at the bottom of the cargo space, the backflow flap extends to the scraper floor. This makes it possible that the scraper floor moves with its Kratzbodenleiste the backflow flap in the longitudinal direction of the loading wagon. Should already compacted crop be present in the compartment, the crop is moved together with the back pressure flap to the rear 15 and thus creates in the area of the delivery unit a free space for further filling.
In an advantageous embodiment, the scraper floor is actuated in batches, so that the compartment is always enlarged only when needed. It has proven to be advantageous to make both the initial compartment and the respective enlargements of the compartment the same size, 20 because this optimum utilization of the delivery unit is achieved.
In a further preferred embodiment, the scraper floor is flush with the ground in the bottom of the loading wagon, the back pressure flap rests on the floor right and left next to the scraper floor. This has the advantage that the dead weight of the backwater valve 25 does not press on the scraper floor, but on the floor of the loading wagon. As a result, the scraper floor is relieved and less stressed, especially if the lifting device jammed the backwater flap.
35In a particularly preferred embodiment, the self-loading wagon is covered with a flexible structure, in particular with a thinned-lining structure. This is connected to the backflow flap, and can be moved together with the back pressure flap. This ensures that the loader wagon is always covered and thus protected against the weather, especially against gusts of wind and against wind. This also avoids that crop material accidentally escapes from the hold. 35
40In another preferred embodiment, a compressor assembly is provided at the front end of the loading wagon, which extends to the very forward pushed backflow flap. As a result, the compartment is closed from all sides, so that the delivery unit can compact the crop very efficiently in this closed compartment from all sides. 40
Es zeigen:Further advantages of the loading wagon according to the invention and the method according to the invention will become apparent from the accompanying drawings and the embodiments described below. In Fig. 1, a loader wagon is shown in the prior art. Within this wagon, the crop is piled up in the form of a bulk cone, wherein at the rear edge of the wagon a considerable part of the loading volume is unfilled. At the same time, the crop at the rear of the loading wagon is only insufficiently compacted. Both effects mean that the loading capacity of the loading wagon is only partially utilized.
Mit diesem Kratzboden 30 kann das Erntegut innerhalb des Laderaums 12 oder aus diesem heraus transportiert werden.FIGS. 2 to 4 show a first wagon according to the invention (also called silage wagon). This self-loading wagon 10 has a loading space 12, which is bounded at the bottom by the floor 14, forwards by the side wall 16, to the side by the side walls 18 and to the rear by a tailgate. In this embodiment, the tailgate is simultaneously formed as the backwater flap 20. At the top, the load compartment 12 is covered by a slidably mounted scrubber feed structure 22. 30 At the front of the loading wagon 10, a pick-up device 24 and a delivery unit 26 is mounted, with which the crop 28 is picked up from the ground and transported into the loading space 12. In this case, the delivery unit 26 may also have a cutting unit to crush the crop 28. 35 In the interior of the cargo space 12, a scraper floor 30 is provided on the bottom 14, on which a number of scraper floor strips are attached. With this scraper floor 30, the crop can be transported within the cargo space 12 or out of this.
In the front region of the loading wagon 10, a compressor assembly 34 is provided, which forms a resistance to the crop 28, so that the delivery unit 26 can press the crop 28 against the compressor assembly 34 in order to compact the crop 28.
The backflow flap 20 is held displaceably on the side walls 18 and can be moved vertically upward via a preferably hydraulic lifting device 36. The Hubvor direction 45 is equipped with double-acting cylinders, so that the backwater valve 20 can be pressed against the floor conveyor 30 to jam the backwater valve 20 with the scraper floor 30.
This backwater valve 20 can be moved almost over the entire length of the loading wagon 10 in the longitudinal direction 50 of the loading wagon 10. If, as shown in Figure 2, the backwater valve 20 is pushed all the way forward, it comes to the compressor assembly 34 to the plant. At the same time, the scorching structure 22 is also pushed together. For this to be possible, the guide rail 38 attached to the side walls 18 protrudes forward beyond the side wall 16, as can be seen in detail in FIG. This thawing structure 22 55 is held on the backflow flap 20, so that the scorch lining structure 22 together with the 5 AT 501 617 B1 backwater flap 20 in the longitudinal direction of the loading wagon 10 is movable.
5It is understood that the backflow flap 20 can be brought up at any point by the lifting device 36, so that the loader wagon 10 can always be unloaded. 5
The method for loading the loading wagon with crop is described in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 5a to 5e:
First of all, the backflow flap 20 is slid forward along the guide rails 38 as far as possible until the backflow flap 20 comes into contact with the compressor assembly 34. In order to move the backflow flap 20, the scraper floor 30 is set in motion so that a scraper floor strip 32 comes into positive engagement with the backflow flap 20 and transports it from there into the front part of the loading wagon 10. As soon as the scraper floor strip 32 has pushed the backflow flap 20 up to the compressor structure 34 via the scraper floor 30, the scraper floor 30 is switched off again. In this case, the thinning feed structure 22 is completely pushed together.
In this constellation, a compartment 40 is formed at the front edge of the loading wagon 10, which is limited to the front by the side wall 16 and to the rear by the backflow flap 20 20. Furthermore, the compartment 40 is defined by the side walls 18 and the bottom 14, while the compressor assembly 34 closes the compartment 40 upwards. In this case, the backflow flap 20 is brought up to a shaft, not shown here, of the delivery unit 26 and the compressor assembly 34 designed so that this comes up to the backflow flap 20. During the use of the loading wagon 10, the pick-up device 24 grips the crop and the delivery unit 26 transports the crop 28 into the compartment 40. As much crop 28 is brought into the compartment 40 that the compartment is really completely filled. Now, by further adding crop 28 by the delivery unit 26, the crop located in the 30 compartment 40 is compressed, until 750 kg / m3 of crop 28 are present in the compartment. Now the scraper floor 30 is activated and this pushes the compacted crop 28 together with the backwater valve 20 to the rear. The compartment 40 is enlarged so that its volume doubles. Because the crop 28 is compressed very well, it remains at its position near the backwater flap 20 and there is a clearance 28 between the compacted crop 35 and the side wall 16 a clearance 42, as can be seen in detail Figure 5b. Crop 28 is again introduced into this free space 42 and compacted until a density of 750 kg / m 3 prevails here as well.
Now the scraper floor 30 again transports the already compacted crop 28 together with 40 of the backwater valve 20 further to the rear, so that the compartment 40 is increased again, and so that in the front region of the compartment 40 again creates a free space 42. The size of the free space 42 corresponds to the size of the compartment 40 at the beginning of the charging process. Now, as described above, further crop 28 is introduced into the compartment 40. This process is repeated until the backwater flap 20 has arrived at the rear end of the loading path 10 and the loading space 12 is evenly filled with highly compacted crop 28. An average compaction of 600 kg / m3 is achieved.
To empty the loading wagon 10, the backflow flap 20 is moved by means of the lifting device 36 upwards, so that the crop 28 can now be moved out of the cargo space 12 by using the scraper floor 30.
55It will be understood that the scalding chuck assembly 22 attached to the backwater flap 20 is moved rearwardly along with the backwater flap 20, so that the already loaded portion of the cargo compartment 12 is always covered. 55
