PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Isolator für elektrische Zwecke mit Hohlraum zwischen dem stromführenden Teile und der Isolatorstütze, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der aus einem länglichen Hohlkörper bestehende Isolatorkörper (a) von der Form eines Rotationskörpers von beiden Enden nach der Mitte zu im äusseren Durchmesser zunimmt und auch sein Hohlraum (b) von beiden Enden nach der Isolatormitte zu sich erweitert, so dass bei durch die äussere Form bedingter grosser Kriechfläche vermöge des geräumigen inneren Hohlraumes des Isolators dessen Eigengewicht und Selbstkapazität verringert sowie die Durchschlagsfestigkeit desselben durch das im Hohlraume befindliche Dielektrikum erhöht wird.
