Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet ein Verschluss für Papiertaschen und dgl; welcher sich von den bis heute bekannt gewordenen Verschlüssen ähnlicher Art durch die Einfachheit der Konstruktion und der Handhabung vorteilhaft unterscheidet. Dieser Verschluss besteht aus einer an der Tasche in entsprechender Weise befestigten Schleife von entsprechender Länge, die über den Verschlussteil der Tasche hinweg auf einen starren Tragbügel eingehängt wird. Dabei ist von besonderem Vorteil, dem Drahtbügel eine geeignete Form zu geben, um ein Abrutschen der Schleife von demselben zu verhindern.

Der Verschluss besteht aus einer an der Tasche 1 bei 2 in irgend einer Weise be- festigten Schleife. 5 aus einer Schnur, einem Band oder dgl., ferner aus einem starren Tragbügel 4, welcher in geeigneter Weise, mit Hilfe von verstärkenden Auflagen, im oberen Teile des Papiorsackes befestigt ist. Die Schleife 3 ist so lang, dass sie über den niedergelegten Tragbügel 4 gestülpt werden kann und beim Aufstellen des Bügels gespannt wird, so dass die beiden mehr oder weniger gespannt liegenden Schenkel der Schleife den Verschlussteil 5 des Papiersackes niederdrücken und ihn dadurch in der Verschlussstellung halten.
Wie aus Fig. 1 und 2 zu ersehen ist, besitzt der Bügel 4 die Form eines Trapezes, dessen kürzere Seite bei den Gelenkstellen 6 desselben liegt ; dadurch wird ein Abgleiten der Schleife 3 vom Biigel 4 bei niedergelegter Tasche verhindert. An Stelle dieser Trapezform kann der Tragbügel 4 die Form eines grösseren Kreisbogens besitzen (Fig. 4), dessen Gelenkpunkte 6 um ein geringeres Mass, a) s dem Durchmesser entspricht, auseinanderliegen, so dass die gleiche Wirkung wie heim trapezförmigen Bügel erzielt wird.
Fig. zeigt eine weitere Ausgestaltung des Tragbügels.

The subject of the present invention forms a closure for paper bags and the like; which advantageously differs from the closures of a similar type that have become known up to now by the simplicity of the construction and the handling. This closure consists of a loop of the appropriate length which is fastened to the bag in a corresponding manner and which is hung over the closure part of the bag on a rigid carrying handle. It is particularly advantageous to give the wire bracket a suitable shape in order to prevent the loop from slipping off the same.
