The invention relates to a pipe rupture valve with a valve housing, which has an essentially cylindrical housing interior, which can be closed by a valve disk, which is carried by a central shaft and is biased into the open position by a valve spring surrounding it, and is arranged in the housing interior Insert body which has valve passages arranged next to one another on a circle, the valve disk shaft penetrating the insert body and being provided with an adjustment head.
A valve of this type is known from GB-556 863, which has a relatively complicated internal structure because the valve stem is made up of several parts and the parts have to be installed and connected from both end faces of the valve housing. In addition, the valve disc seals against a cone of the housing interior, which entails the risk of incomplete sealing. Finally, in the known valve, the housing interior has to be machined from two sides in order to form the cone and a shoulder of the housing interior for receiving the insert body, which is time-consuming and costly.
The invention aims to remedy these disadvantages and achieves this in a valve of the type specified in the introduction in that the valve disc engages with its conical edge on the opposite edge of the housing interior, that the insert body also co-exists in a shoulder of the housing interior Axial play arranged to a snap ring and is designed as a cross-sectionally gear-shaped body with circular tooth gaps, which form the valve passages with the inner wall of the housing, the valve disk shaft penetrating the insert body being formed in one piece and on the outside of the valve disk with an adjustable locking nut is provided, and that the end of the valve body facing away from the valve plate, as is known per se, is provided with an external thread section and an inner cone of the valve bore,
in which a conical cutting ring engages, which surrounds a connecting pipe and is held in engagement with the inner cone by a nut screwed onto the threaded section.
The invention furthermore relates to an alternative hydraulic valve of the type specified in the introduction, which is characterized in that the valve disc engages with its conical edge on the front edge of the housing interior and that the insert body is arranged in a shoulder of the housing interior with axial play to form a snap ring and as The cross section of the gear-shaped body is formed with circular tooth gaps, which form the valve passages with the inner wall of the housing, the valve disk shaft passing through the insert body being provided with an adjustable locking nut.
Due to the simple construction according to the invention, which consists of a few parts, machining of the housing is only necessary from one end face, because the valve passages are designed in a separate insert body and, depending on the requirements, different insert bodies with differently sized passages are used can. A particular advantage of the construction according to the invention, due to the axial play of the insert body, is that the insert body is moved under the pressure of the liquid flowing in from the pump toward the snap ring into a stop position in which the valve flow cross section is enlarged.
A further subject of the invention is a hydraulic valve of the type specified in the introduction, with the features that the valve disc engages with its conical edge on the front edge of the housing interior, that the insert body is arranged in a shoulder of the housing interior with axial play to form a snap ring and as a gear wheel in cross section Body is formed with circular tooth gaps, which form the valve passages with the housing inner wall, the valve disc shaft penetrating the insert body being formed in one piece and provided on the inside of the insert body with an adjustable locking nut, and the insert body with the housing inner wall and with the valve disc shaft in a form-fitting manner Intervention stands.
The invention is explained in more detail below using exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawing. 1 shows an axial section through a valve according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows an alternative embodiment, FIG. 3 shows a top view of the insert, FIG. 4 shows an axial section along line 111-111 in FIG. 1, and FIG. 5 shows an axial section of a second embodiment 6 shows an axial section of a third embodiment, and FIG. 7 shows a section along the line III-II in FIG. 6.
The pipe rupture valve shown has a cylindrical screw-in valve housing 1 with a

External thread section 2 at one end and an external thread section 2 'at the other end. In a valve insert body 3 arranged in the housing interior 5, passages 4 for the hydraulic medium are formed side by side on a circle. The valve insert body 3 is penetrated by a valve plate shaft 6 with a screw thread, which passes through a valve plate 6 with a screw thread, which carries a valve plate 9 and which engages on the end face of the insert body 3 facing away from the valve plate 9 with an adjusting screw head 6 ′ and on the valve plate ler 9 is set adjustable by means of a lock nut 7.
The valve plate shaft 6 or the insert body 3 carries a valve spring 8, which ends at the valve plate 9, which in the idle state has a predetermined distance from the top of the housing 1 and has a conical sealing edge 9 'which on the inflow side in the event of a pipe break (arrow P) on the front edge 5 'of the housing interior 5 under the medium pressure counteracting the compression spring 8, eg. B. from a hydraulic lifting cylinder, not shown, sealingly attacks.
An insert body 3 is fixed in a shoulder of the housing interior 5 by means of a snap ring 10. 3 and 4, the valve insert body 3 has a substantially cylindrical and gear-shaped cross section with teeth 3 'and tooth gaps 3 ", which have a circular contour and form the valve passages 4 with the housing inner wall.
2, the insert body 3 has a predetermined axial play A with respect to the snap ring 10, so that it bears against the snap ring 10 in the stop position under the flow pressure in the direction of arrow P (from the pump), as a result of which the flow cross-section between the valve stem 9 'and edge 5' is enlarged.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a tube R is used at the lower end of the valve body 1, which is surrounded on the outside by a conical cutting ring S which engages in an inner cone 5 'of the valve bore 5. The tube R and the cutting ring S are screwed onto the thread 2 'of the valve body 1 with the aid of a nut 11. This construction prevents leakage oil from the valve z. B. emerges via the thread 2 ', which would be the case if the valve body were screwed into the bore via the thread 2', as usual.
5 shows an embodiment of the valve according to the invention without an attached tube, but with an insert body 3 arranged with axial play.
6 and 7 show a further embodiment of the invention, in which the valve disc shaft 6 passing through the insert body 3 is provided with the locking nut 7 on the inside of the insert body. The central bore 3 ″ ″ of the insert body 3 is provided with an axial rib 3iv which engages in an axial groove 6 ″ of the valve disk shaft 6. The insert body 3 also has an axial rib 3iv on its circumference, which has an axial groove 5 "of the housing inner wall is engaged. In this way, the insert body 3 is held in a rotationally fixed manner and the valve can be adjusted without dismantling.
