    Nachstellbare   Reibahle. 



   Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine nachstellbare Reibahle, die mit einer kegelförmig gestalteten Bohrung und radial angeordneten Längsschlitzen versehen ist. Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass zum Nachstellen der Reibahle eine oder mehrere Stahlkugeln in deren Bohrung eingeführt und selbsttätig durch die Federkraft der Wandung in ihrer Lage gehalten werden. 



   Bei den bekannten Vorrichtungen ähnlicher Art erfolgte das Nachstellen durch das Einschrauben eines konischen Zapfens oder dgl., durch welchen die Seitenwände der Reibahle auseinandergedrückt wurden. Diese Anordnung hatte jedoch den Nachteil, dass niemals der mittlere Teil der Reibahle ausgedehnt werden konnte, da das Nachstellen immer nur von der einen oder anderen Seite erfolgen konnte. Ausserdem werden die Herstellungskosten der Reibahle den bekannten Einrichtungen gegenüber bedeutend verringert, da die vielen ineinandergreifenden Teile, welche bisher zu einer nachstellbaren Reibahle erforderlich waren, vollständig in Wegfall kommen. 



   In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt und zwar zeigt die Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht, zum Teil im Schnitt, Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach Linie   A-A   der Fig. 1 und Fig. 3 die Verwendung von zwei Stahlkugeln.

   Soll die Reibahle nicht an einer Stelle, sondern über einen grösseren Teil in der Längsrichtung ausgedehnt werden, so werden mehrere Kugeln, die vorteilhaft durch Einlagestücke voneinander getrennt gehalten sind, in die Bohrung eingeführt (Figur 3).

   The subject matter of the present invention is an adjustable reamer which is provided with a conically shaped bore and radially arranged longitudinal slots. The invention consists in that, in order to readjust the reamer, one or more steel balls are inserted into its bore and are automatically held in their position by the spring force of the wall.



   In the known devices of a similar type, the readjustment was carried out by screwing in a conical pin or the like, through which the side walls of the reamer were pushed apart. However, this arrangement had the disadvantage that the middle part of the reamer could never be extended, since readjustment could only be done from one side or the other. In addition, the manufacturing costs of the reamer are significantly reduced compared to the known devices, since the many interlocking parts that were previously required for an adjustable reamer are completely eliminated.



   In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment, namely Fig. 1 shows a side view, partly in section, Fig. 2 shows a cross section along line A-A of Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 shows the use of two steel balls.
