40AT 394 999 B The invention relates to a screed mixture according to the preamble of claim 1. Wood-concrete screeds made from wood chips, bound with various chemical agents, are known. Their disadvantage: blistering and cracking, as well as slight abrasion. The invention has for its object to provide an improved screed that tends to form bubbles and cracks to a much lesser extent than known 5 screeds. According to the invention, the features of claims 1 to 3 serve to solve the problem. The product discussed is a screed mixture, which only requires a common hydraulic binder, such as cement or gypsum. This screed mixture consists of wooden flakes with a flake size of 4 to 8 mm, which are dedusted and 10 impregnated (against moisture), mixed with rigid foam granules or flakes, e.g. polystyrene and ceramic chips (mineral chips) in a balanced dosage, depending on the quantitative ratio of the individual components . The individual proportions of the aggregate mix: IS Two room parts described wood flakes, one to one and a half room parts hard foam granulate with 3 to 6 mm grain size 1/6 to 1/3 room parts ceramic splinters, 0 to 5 mm. This mixture plus hydraulic binding agent results in a spreadable mass that can be scooped up in buckets, which, without mechanical compaction, results in the desired warm floor screed, the degree of hardness of which can also be regulated by appropriate dosing of the ceramic components would come. The small parts in the screed mass, which are favorable in terms of processing, are contributed by the ceramic splinters. Keiamik splinters preferably consist of brick chips, gas-concrete-25 semolina, perlite, pumice stone semolina, slag granules, expanded clay and the like. All these materials as well as the wood flakes are environmentally friendly recycling products. 30 PATENT CLAIMS 35 1. Mixture for the production of a wood-concrete screed using shredded wood and binding agent, characterized in that the mixture of a hydraulic binding agent and an aggregate mixture of dusted and impregnated wood flakes with a flake size of 4 to 8 mm, further rigid foam in granulate or flake form, such as styrofoam and ceramic chips. 40 2. Mixture according to claim 1, characterized in that the aggregate mixture of two room parts of wood flakes, 1 to 1.5 room parts of rigid foam in granulate form with a grain size between 3 and 6 mm and 1/6 to 1/3 room parts of ceramic chips with a grain size of 0 to 5 mm 3. Mischung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Keiamiksplitter Splitter von Ziegeln, Gasbeton, Perlite, Bimsstein, Blähton, Schlacke sind. 50 -2- 553. Mixture according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the Keiamiksplitter are fragments of bricks, gas concrete, perlite, pumice, expanded clay, slag. 50 -2- 55
