Description

The invention relates to an insulation board made of mineral wool, with stepped fold-like edges for an impact sound insulation system with a plurality of side-by-side insulation boards as a base for screeds.
Mineral wool insulation boards for impact sound insulation are already known as underlayment for screeds. It is also known to provide such insulation boards with a circumferential symmetrical step fold in order to avoid continuous joints to the raw ceiling. The disadvantage of known solutions is that before the screed is applied, the insulation boards with a separating layer, for. B. of cardboard or foil must be covered to prevent penetration of the screed into the butt joints and thus the formation of sound bridges. Sound bridges often occur, especially when improperly laying such insulation boards. Particularly when using liquid screeds, the webs of the separating layer must therefore be additionally glued or welded because of its relatively liquid consistency. This means a considerable amount of material and labor.
It also deals with the formation of grooves and tongues in plate-shaped components made of rigid foam plastic. Such a groove and tongue construction can, however, only be used for boards from a thickness of 80 mm for reasons of strength. The step folds in mineral wool insulation boards for footfall sound insulation, on the other hand, are milled in with panel thicknesses of 20 mm, whereby the usual thicknesses of footfall sound insulation boards are between 22 and 32 mm.
The invention has for its object to provide an insulation board for the impact sound insulation system shown at the outset, with which it is possible, in particular wet screeds (e.g. based on anhydrite or cement) as well as poured asphalt screeds without a separating layer directly on such, flatly arranged side by side Apply insulation boards without sound bridges. Furthermore, in the case of self-leveling screed, it should be ensured that there is no need to glue or weld the sheets of the separating layer, so that this screed can be laid in a time-saving and cost-effective manner.
This object is achieved in that the edges of the insulation board are each designed as an asymmetrical step fold, the projection of the step fold facing the screed in the installed position having a smaller thickness than the projection of the step fold facing away from the screed in the installation position.
If one looks at a section through the asymmetrical stepped fold according to the invention, one sees that the screed penetrating into a joint must first pass through a relatively short vertical path and then a relatively long horizontal path, and then again has a relatively long vertical distance in front of it to the bare ceiling to form a harmful sound bridge. Even if the insulation boards according to the invention have not been properly laid butt-to-butt, which is not uncommon in construction, the relatively long horizontal asymmetrical step fold path ensures a sufficient chicane to prevent the screed from flowing on to the bare ceiling.
The asymmetrical stepped fold is advantageously achieved in that a projection forming the stepped fold on two adjacent end faces of the insulation panels is designed to be flush with the one large surface on the side thereof, and has a thickness which is small in relation to the total panel thickness, and that on the two other end faces are provided in each case to the projections which are designed to be complementary to the thin projections. The thickness of the thin projections is advantageously one third to one fifth and the thickness of the complementary projections two thirds to four fifths of the total plate thickness.
The bulk density of the insulation boards is between 60 to 200 kg / m ^ and is advantageously 150 kg / nA. With mastic asphalt and conventional wet screed, no tram layer is required. In the case of self-leveling screed, which is becoming increasingly important because it can be walked on very quickly after it has been installed, a separating layer is required, but the sheets do not have to be glued or welded to one another in comparison to known systems.
Dabei wurde als Simulation von möglichen auf der Baustelle auftretenden Verlegefehlem bei den erfindungsgemäßen Dämmplatten sogar Fugen zwischen den verlegten Dämmplatten von 5 bis 16 mm Breite bewußt erzeugtTests with a mastic asphalt screed have shown that the impact sound improvement index VM was 29 dB in known mineral wool insulating boards with a separating layer and the mineral wool insulating boards according to the invention with an asymmetrical step fold without a separating layer. Here, as a simulation of possible installation errors occurring on the construction site in the insulation boards according to the invention, even joints between the installed insulation boards with a width of 5 to 16 mm were deliberately created
This means that the worst case was assumed for the test. Mastic asphalt was able to penetrate the joints, but only to a minimal depth due to the asymmetrical formation of the rebate of the insulation board. Measurements have confirmed that, compared to systems with a separating layer, this does not have a negative impact on the impact sound improvement measure and sound bridges can be reliably prevented.
Die 'lIn the case of insulation boards made of rigid plastic foam, which have the asymmetrical step fold according to the invention, use with wet screeds is also possible. In contrast, insulation boards of this type are less suitable for mastic asphalt screeds, since this is applied at a temperature of 220 ° to 280 ° C. The 'l
The bulk density of these rigid foam sheets is in the range between 10 to 20 kg / nr and is advantageously -2-
