   Bei den bekannten Zuckerbrotformen werden die am meisten beanspruchten Spitzen derselben durch einen   aufgelötetes     Wu ! string   (sogenanntes Buckerl) verstärkt und versteift, wie dies Fig. 1 der untenstehende Zeichnung veranschaulicht. Diese Art   der Verstärkung   hat den Nachteil, dass die Bnckerln sehr häufig abfallen und dass nur die äusserste Spitze der Form eine Versteifung erfährt. 



   Die den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildende Neuerung bezweckt einerseits die Versteifung der Spitze auf einen ziemlich weit von letzterer nach innen reichenden Teil der Form und andererseits ein bleibend sicheres Festsitzen des die Versteifung bewirkenden Teils, der in diesem Falle, wie Fig. 2 zeigt, ans einer in die Spitze der Zuckerbrotform a eingesetzten metallenen Hülse b besteht, welche sich in ihren Abmessungen der Form anschmiegt. Diese Hülse hat einen durch das an der Spitze der Form vorgesehene Loch vorragenden Fortsatz bl, welcher nach aussen umgebördelt wird und die Befestigung der Hülse an der Form bewirkt.

   In the case of the known carrot shapes, the most stressed tips of the same are made by a soldered Wu! string (so-called Buckerl) reinforced and stiffened, as Fig. 1 of the drawing below illustrates. This type of reinforcement has the disadvantage that the bugs fall off very often and that only the outermost tip of the mold is stiffened.



   The innovation forming the subject of the invention aims on the one hand to stiffen the tip on a part of the mold that extends quite far from the latter inward and on the other hand to ensure that the part causing the stiffening is permanently fixed, which in this case, as FIG. 2 shows, on one in the tip of the carrot shape a inserted metal sleeve b, which hugs the shape in its dimensions. This sleeve has an extension b1 which protrudes through the hole provided at the tip of the mold and which is flanged outward and which secures the sleeve to the mold.

PATENT-ANSPRUCH : Zuckerbrotform mit einem die Spitze und den zunächstliegenden Formteil verstärkenden Bleche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses Verstärkungsblech als Hülse im Inneren der Form angeordnet ist, während sein durch deren Loch ragender Fortsatz auf die letztere umgebördelt ist, um die Hülse an der Form festzuhalten.
