The invention relates to a heat pump, which is arranged in a cabinet-like housing, which is optionally formed with a front door or flap, with a compressor, an evaporator, a condenser and an expansion valve and with electrical control, regulating and operating elements.
Due to the energy situation, both in terms of supply shortages and the price development, there is a strong interest in the utilization of available thermal energy. The decisive factor here is the availability of heat pumps, the cost-effectiveness of which depends in particular on the payback times that can be achieved. When assessing the amortization, the ongoing service costs must also be taken into account, which is particularly true due to the tendency to conclude service or maintenance contracts.
Since the costs for service and maintenance are directly related to the times required for this, there is a desire to design heat pumps so that they can be easily maintained. There is also a desire to be able to manufacture these easily.
Another problem when using heat pumps in living areas is caused by the vibrations caused by the compressor. The existing requirements for low noise pollution require special measures to avoid the transmission of vibrations to the building and to the pipe installations in it.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a heat pump of the type mentioned, by which the above requirements are met. This is achieved according to the invention in that the compressor, the evaporator, the condenser and the expansion valve are arranged in a piped state on a support plate which is mounted in a vibration-damped manner in the cabinet-like housing and which carries the components it carries through the front door or flap of the Can be removed and installed through the housing.
Through this embodiment according to the invention, all components of the heat pump are easily accessible and, if necessary without removing other components, are easily accessible for adjustment, maintenance and repair. The vibration-damping mounting of the carrier plate in the housing prevents the vibrations of the compressor from being transmitted to the structure.
A buffer store for the heating-side heat transfer medium is preferably also arranged on the carrier plate and is piped to the other components. According to a further preferred feature, the housing is formed with connection fittings for the heat source or heat utilization system and the components fastened on the carrier plate are connected to these by means of hoses. This measure allows the removal and installation of the mounting plate including units without separation from the house installation. In addition, the connecting hoses prevent the transmission of vibrations to the pipeline network.
Finally, the electrical control and regulating elements are preferably arranged on their own mounting plate, which can in particular be installed and removed separately, and these can be actuated when the front door or flap is closed.
A heat pump according to the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. 1 shows the external view of a barrier-like housing for receiving a heat pump, and FIG. 2 shows a cross section through a heat pump arranged in a housing.
1 shows a housing 1 with, for example, two front doors 2, 3. The left door --3-- is designed with display elements --4-- and with control elements --5--.
The right door --2-- is provided with a turning handle --6-- for operating the two doors --2, 3--.
As can be seen from Fig. 2, a support plate --7-- is arranged within the housing --1--, which with the interposition of elastic damping elements --8-- on the bottom --9-- of the housing-l - is supported. The carrier plate-l-together with the cooling circuit components it carries, namely a compressor --10--, an evaporator --11--, a condenser --12-- and an expansion valve, through the open front doors --2, 3-- removable and installable.
The housing-l-is on its top with fittings --13-- for connecting a heat-

source or a heat utilization system. The connections between the connection fittings --13-- and the refrigeration circuit components --11, 12-- are designed as flexible hoses --14--. The electrical control and regulating devices are arranged on their own mounting plate --15-- and are connected to the refrigeration circuit components and to the display and operating elements --4, 5-- with extra-long connecting cables --16--.
In the exemplary embodiment, the mounting plate --15-- can be installed and removed independently of the mounting plate --7-- through one of the doors --2, 3-- in the open state.
