The invention relates to a cylinder lock with two cylinder cores and a claw coupling which can be displaced between the cylinder cores and which comprises at least two coupling parts, as a result of which either one of the cylinder cores or both together with a locking element, in particular a locking nose ring, can be coupled or uncoupled for rotation and the coupling parts are magnetic are interconnected.
Such coupling parts can, as z. B. is disclosed by AT-PS No. 355948, be formed very differently. The known cylinder locks of this type are relatively complicated in construction, the coupling parts generally interacting with spring elements, which means that there are disadvantages both functionally and in terms of service life.
Such disadvantages are avoided according to the invention primarily in that the coupling parts consist of unmagnetized material and are arranged in these magnets. The invention is further characterized in that the coupling parts have magnets as bar magnets arranged in axial bores of the coupling parts. According to a further characteristic of the invention, the magnets are made of Al-Ni-Co magnetic material. According to the invention, the coupling parts have wing attachments which, depending on the axial position, engage in corresponding recesses in the locking nose ring and / or core. Finally, the invention is characterized in that the coupling parts have a cylindrical body, on the cylindrical surface of which the wing attachments are arranged projecting radially outwards.
In the following an embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 shows a partial view of an axial section through the coupling of a double
EMI1.1
In Fig. 1 the left and right cylinder core - 1 and 35 - of a double cylinder lock in the area of the clutch are broken off. The housing above the cylinder cores has been omitted for the sake of better illustration. The locking nose ring --33-- has a middle plate --39-- with cross slots --40--. The cylinder cores --1, 35-- have slots - in which axially displaceable coupling parts --25-- are arranged. The coupling parts --25-- have the same shape and consist of a round coupling body --36-- with two wing attachments --37--, which depending on the axial position in the corresponding recesses of the associated cylinder core --1 or 35- - and optionally engage in one of the cross slots --40--.
The coupling part --25-- shown on the left in Fig. 1 carries on its end face a coupling magnet --41-- which magnetically attracts the other coupling part. If necessary, both coupling parts could also carry magnets with opposite polarity. Alternatively, one or all of the coupling parts could also be made entirely of magnetic material such as Ba ferrite or Al-Ni-Co.
When a key --30-- is fully inserted into the key channel of the cylinder core-l-both coupling parts --25-- are shifted in the axial direction so that the key-side coupling part couples between the cylinder core and the locking ring and thereby the other coupling part from the Slides out the nose ring. One core - with the key --30-- and with them the locking nose ring --33-- can thus be turned without the other core --35-- also being turned. As can be seen in Figs. 1 and 2, the cross slots --40-- continue in two holes --42-- through the locking ring --33--.
With the help of a pin (not shown), it is possible to push the two coupling parts apart through the holes --42--, which rotates the locking nose ring relative to the cylinder cores, and the lock can be easily switched from left-hand to right-hand operation.
The coupling according to the invention is particularly simple in construction and does not require any spring elements for precise guidance of the coupling parts. Due to the lack of such spring elements, such a coupling can also be easily used after the assembly of a double cylinder lock. The arrangement of the coupling construction according to the invention is also advantageous in the case of double cylinder locks with permanent magnet tumblers.
