The invention relates to a screw cover with attachment of rubber or plastic liner segments to nuts of anchor bolts.
Such segments consist of a metal plate serving as a support and an associated, high-damping rubber or plastic plate and have the task of reducing the force of impacting parts - in a quarry bunker, for example, boulders - as well as wear and noise pollution.
The segments are fastened - in particular to thick concrete walls - in such a way that the metal plate is connected with anchor bolts cast into the concrete walls. For this purpose, corresponding recesses in the damping plate are necessary in order to connect the screw nut to the anchor screw guided through the metal plate.
However, these recesses in the damping plate represent an undesirable weak point, which considerably increases wear. The invention now solves the above-mentioned problem that it is provided with a threaded bush which can be screwed onto the threaded end of the anchor screw which projects beyond the screw nut and via which a plug, made of rubber or plastic and preferably of a truncated cone, is formed with its cylindrical recess, and is attached by gluing or vulcanization, and is held with its outer surface in an opposite recess of a rubber or plastic plate and is flush with the surface of the rubber or plastic plate.
On the one hand, this type of screw cover enables a firm, mechanical connection with the anchor screw and, on the other hand, there is a homogeneous damping plate, the smooth surface of which offers no point of attack for increased wear.
Due to the frustoconical design of the plug and the corresponding design of the recess of the rubber or plastic plate adjacent to the jacket side, a slight pretension can be built up along the contact surfaces, thereby precluding the formation of gaps and the associated possibility of dirt accumulation.
The invention is explained in more detail below by way of example using a drawing:
The drawing shows a cross-section of a damping element attached to a concrete wall --4-- by means of anchor bolts --5-- cast in it, consisting of a rubber or plastic plate - and a metal plate --3-- connected to it by vulcanization or gluing. The damping segment is pushed through holes --9-- of the metal plate --3-- onto the anchor bolts --5- and tightened with a screw nut --6--. On the screw nut --6--
EMI1.1
--5-- the threaded bushing --7-- is attached.
The outer surface --8a-- of the screw cover --1-- is advantageously frustoconical, the inclination --10-- being approximately 2%. The corresponding recess of the damping plate --2-- which receives the screw cover --1-- is designed in the opposite direction.
It is advantageous for the fastening of the screw cover according to the invention if the plug --8-- is provided on its outer surface with an adhesive and is connected by rotation with the anchor screw --5--, after which the protruding over the lining segment - 2 - Part is separated.
In this way, a double protection against unwanted, by vibrations or similar. loosening of the connection occurs, whereby the separation of the protruding plug part in the installed state takes into account installation-related tolerances and in each case a plane of the plug --8-- exactly aligned with the surface of the damping plate can be achieved.
The plug --8b-- protrudes when screwed down over the surface --2a-- of the damping plate --2-- and is separated with this surface --2a-- in alignment.
