EMI1.1
Zeitaufwand.
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

The invention relates to the scaffolding of a hall, consisting of profile bars which are connected to one another at the flattened ends.
EMI1.1
Expenditure of time. The mechanical rigidity of some of these elements is also too low if the building is to be given a dimension or shape that deviates from the norm.
The object of the invention is to create a framework structure made of profile bars which can be set up easily and quickly and which has sufficient mechanical rigidity.
This is achieved according to the invention in that profile rods which are flattened in the center and angled in the same direction on both sides are assembled to form rhombic structures, the end and central flattenings being arranged in planes that are essentially perpendicular to each other and to the plane containing the profile rod axis and are connected to the end or central flats of the profile bars of the adjacent rhombuses, the angled profile bars optionally being connected with their end flats to flattened ends of straight profile bars extending between the rhombuses.
The angled profile rods preferably have a U-shaped cross section and are connected with their central flat to the central flat of the similarly shaped profile rod above or below it. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the straight profile rods running between the rhombuses have a U-shaped cross section in the area between the flattened points. The profile bars are produced in series in terms of color and, due to their low weight, can be transported by hand on the construction site without special transport equipment.
The completed scaffolding structure is provided with a cover, for example made of plastic.
The invention is explained below with reference to the drawings. 1 shows a semi-rhombic angled profile bar, FIG. 2 shows a straight profile bar, FIG. 3 shows the assembly of angled and straight profile bars, FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of an already clad embodiment according to the invention, FIG. 5 shows the side view of the hall structure 4, FIG. 6 shows the front view of the hall frame according to FIG. 4 and FIG. 7 shows a schematic representation of the assembly process during the construction of the hall.
In Fig. 1 a U-profile bar angled to form a half-diamond is shown, the ends of which are flattened and provided with four holes. The middle part is also flattened and provided with four holes, which are used to connect two angled profile rods --1-- one above the other using four screws.
Fig. 2 shows a straight U-profile bar --2--, the ends of which are each provided with four bores, which serve to connect the straight profile bars --2-- to each other and at the same time to cross-connect the ends of the angled profile bars by means of screws, as shown in FIG. In Fig. 3, the connection of the angled profile bars-l-is shown with each other. The ends of the straight profile bars --2-- have different profile widths, so that the beginning and end of successive profile bars --2-- are nested inside one another, which increases the rigidity of the construction.
4 shows an exemplary embodiment according to the invention of a prefabricated hall with a plastic cover.
In Fig. 5, the finished support frame of the hall is shown without a cover in side view.
Fig. 6 shows the front view of the hall without a cover.
7 serves to explain the assembly process described below. The construction or assembly of the hall takes place without heavy mechanical construction aids.
On the prepared installation site, first a number of straight and angled profile bars - 1 and 2 - depending on the desired length of the hall, are placed on the floor and screwed together to form a group of elements. At the side of the starting point, the first group of elements is pegged in the ground so that it can rotate.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
This group of elements is raised using small, light winches so that the next group of elements can be screwed onto it. Now the winches are moved forward and the next group of elements is screwed to the previous group of elements. This process of screwing the previous elements with the other elements is continued until the complete arch hall is in place. At the same time as the individual elements and groups of elements are installed, the plastic cover is also installed and pulled up. The end walls are also mounted on the floor, then pulled up and screwed to the arch.
Further advantages of the construction according to the invention compared to the hall constructions that have been conventional up to the present day are that 1. only two factory-made profile bars are required, 2. the production of the shaped pieces is relatively simple and quick (the elements required for a hall can be and 3. the assembly of the hall takes two days, and is assembled and completed with just a few workers.
