Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>

The invention relates to a device for isolating surfaces of components from
Moisture by means of a plate or film made of plastic, which has knob-shaped spacers protruding towards one side and is placed between two components, e.g. B. a wall and a covering layer is arranged to form transverse and longitudinal channels.
In a known film of this type, the nubs provided are so small that they can be filled with the material of one component, e.g. B. concrete, plaster or the like. Is not possible. The transfer of forces from one component to the other therefore takes place in this known insulating element only through the knobs, so that a higher load is not possible.
Folded cardboard is also known. As the name suggests, folded cardboard consists of cardboard with longitudinal folds. Such cardboard can indeed be used to insulate walls, but even there, the use of the relatively easily vulnerable cardboard is only possible with extreme care. Under no circumstances would the insulation of heavily loaded floors with the help of folded cardboard be effective, because the folds of the cardboard would give way as soon as the covering concrete was applied.
In addition, with the known folded cardboard, transverse channels must be produced by laying successive cardboard panels at a distance from one another, with the resulting gap being covered by overlaying a cardboard strip. It is obvious that such a cardboard strip on the one hand results in only low strength, on the other hand a seal is interrupted at the overlapping points.
As a seal for bridge coverings u. The like. A film bonded to a bitumen layer has also been proposed, which has knob-like features. In this known seal, the adjacent material on both sides of the film fills the resulting cavities so that no transverse and longitudinal channels remain.
The invention has set itself the goal of creating a device of the type mentioned which does not have the deficiencies indicated. This is achieved in that the cavities formed by the spacers and facing one of the two components are filled with the material of this component.
Characterized in that the knobs of the plate or film are made so large that they can be filled with the material of one component, e.g. B. Concrete, plaster or the like. Is possible, insulation is possible for the first time that meets all requirements even under heavy use.
The invention is described in more detail below on the basis of an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawings, but without being limited to this example. 1 shows a section through a plate according to the invention which is applied to a wall to be ventilated, and FIG. 2 shows a top view of a piece of plate.
According to FIG. 1, a plate - 2 - made of flexible plastic is placed on a wall to be ventilated. The plate --2-- has knob-shaped spacers --4--, which were created by shaping the plate material. With these approaches --4-- the plate - 2 - lies against the wall, with which it z. B. is connected by nailing. By means of z. B. a layer of plaster - 5--, which is also in the cavities --3-- the
