A conveying device with a longer suction than pressure period would have to be arranged in such a way that in the direction of rotation it would be behind the line with a lower resistance and that of the line with a higher resistance.

In the device in FIG. 1, in order to maintain the same direction of rotation, such a conveying device would have to be arranged behind the expansion vessel d, that is to say approximately at the point that the pump occupies in FIG. Thus, if the pump is allowed to suck in slowly and press quickly in the arrangement according to FIG. 2, the direction of rotation according to FIG. 1 and the direction of flow according to FIG. 2 in FIG. H. in each case the reverse direction of circulation passed.

Of the two systems according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the former deserves preference because the colder washer flowing to the boiler goes through the conveying device. It arises from it

   Receives suction.

A suction air vessel g (Fig. 1) can be switched on at a suitable point for the purpose of smoothing out the work. In the arrangement (FIG. 3), for the same purpose, an air pipe h is connected to the system below the suction lift produced by the conveying device. This has a more or less compensatory effect depending on its width and the height of its confluence below the pump etc. The pipe can be led down to the boiler room and made lockable so that its effect can be canceled as required.
