  Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Rippenrohren 
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Rippenrohren durch Befestigen eines schraubenlinienförmig gewickelten Bandes auf einem Rohr. Es sind bereits Vorrichtungen dieser Art bekannt, bei welchen zwei auf einer Welle in Abstand voneinander angeordnete profilierte Rollen vorgesehen sind, zwischen welchen ein Stahlband angeordnet wird, das in einen vorher auf der Aussenfläche des Rohres hergestellten Kanal eingeführt wird. Diese Vorrichtungen weisen jedoch den Nachteil auf, dass eine gesonderte Vorrichtung für die Herstellung des Kanals auf der Rohraussenseite, in welchem das Stahlband eingeführt wird, notwendig ist. 



   Eine andere bekannte Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Rippenrohren weist vorzugsweise drei mit ihrem Umfang an dem Rohr anliegende, über Tragelemente an einem Support abgestützte Rollen auf. Bei dieser bekannten Vorrichtung werden jedoch die Rollen angetrieben und dienen dazu, eine Drehung und einen Vorschub des Rohres zu bewirken. 



   Die Erfindung hat sich zur Aufgabe gestellt, die Nachteile der bekannten Vorrichtungen zu vermeiden und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Rippenrohren durch Befestigen eines schraubenlinienförmig gewickelten Bandes auf einem Rohr zu schaffen, welche in einem Arbeitsgang die Herstellung einer Nut im Rohr, die Einführung des Bandes in die Nut und die Festlegung dieses Bandes durch ein Anstauchen des Rohrmaterials ermöglicht.

   Die Erfindung geht hiebei aus von einer Vorrichtung, die vorzugsweise drei an ihrem Umfang an dem Rohr anliegende, über Tragelemente an einem Support abgestützte Rollen aufweist, und die Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Support relativ zum Rohr in Richtung der Rohrachse verschiebbar geführt ist und dass jede Rolle aus zwei parallelen, zwischen einander einen Spalt für die Aufnahme des Bandes bildenden Teilen besteht, von welchen der eine Teil mit einem Messer für die Herstellung einer Nut im Rohr und beide Teile in dem dem Spalt benachbarten Bereich mit Stauchwerkzeugen versehen sind, wobei die Zufuhr des Bandes vorzugsweise über Rollenpaare erfolgt, von welchen wenigstens eines kegelstumpfförmige Rollen aufweist.

   Durch die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung wird ermöglicht, in einem Arbeitsvorgang im Rohr die Nut herzustellen, das Band in die Nut einzusetzen und die der Nut benachbarten Rohrteile anzustauchen und dadurch eine Fixierung des in die Nut eingebrachten Bandes zu bewirken, so dass es nicht nötig ist, dieses Band durch Schweissen oder Kleben auf dem Rohr zu befestigen. Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung ermöglicht somit eine wesentlich einfachere Herstellung des Rippenrohres als die bekannten Vorrichtungen. Dadurch, dass die Zufuhr des Bandes, vorzugsweise über Rollenpaare erfolgt, von welchen wenigstens eines kegelstumpfförmige Rollen aufweist, wird dem Band vor dem Einführen in die Nut ein trapezförmiger Querschnitt erteilt. Durch diese Formgebung des Bandes wird sichergestellt, dass das Band ohne Faltenbildung eine zur Rohroberfläche senkrechte Lage einnimmt.
