   Die Anlage kann so eingerichtet sein, dass der   Sekundärssltertopf-7-nicht   dauernd mit dem   Primärfilter --2-- verbunden   ist, sondern nur in Zeitabständen, wenn die Reinigung des   Primärfil   ers nötig geworden ist, mit diesem verbunden wird. 



   Um die Abnahme der Feststoffe von dem Primärfilter zu erleichtern, kann man die Aufnahmeelemente des   Primärfilters   während ihrer Reinigung einer Vibrationsbewegung unterwerfen,
