ErfindungPATENT ANSPRÜCHE : 1. Kurzschliess- und bzw. oder Überwachungsschalter zum Schutze von vorzugsweise als Funkenstrecken ausgebildeten Spannungsableitern gegen Überlastung durch Fremdspannungen bei Blitzeinschlägen, Berührung mit Hochspannungsleitungen u. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein an sich bekannter magnetisch durch einen im oder parallel zum Magnetkreis liegenden Steuerkörper (St) aus einem Werkstoff temperaturabhängiger magnetischer Induktion steuerbarer Schalter (R) als Kurzschliess- und bzw. oder Überwachungsschalter vorgesehen ist, und dass der Steuerkörper (St) thermisch über einen Leiter mit geringer wirksamer Selbstinduktivität, vorzugsweise über einen bifilar gewickelten, von dem den Spannungsableiter (FS) durchfliessenden Ableitstrom beeinflussbar ist.
