Ablängvorrichtung zum Beschneiden von ungleich langen, unsortiert anfallenden Latten od. dgl.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Ablängsäge mit Sortier- und Stape1eimichtung, die zum Abschneiden von ungleich langen, unsortiert anfallenden Latten od. dgl. auf handelsübliche, insbesondere grösstmögliche Längen, sowie zum Sortieren und Stapeln dieser Latten dient und einen Tragholm mit auf diesem in bestimmten. Abständen angeordneten Messanschlägen aufweist. Die erfindungsgemässe Ablängvorrichtung kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass seitlich vom Tragholm und zweckmässig mit diesem einen Winkel einschliessend ein rechenartiger Stützträger angeordnet ist, dessen Fächer zusammen mit auf dem Tragholm ausgebildeten Fächern einen Sortier- und Abstellbehe1f für die abgelängten Latten od. dgl. bilden.
Zweckmässig ist es, wenn im Sinne eines weiteren Merkmales der Erfindung der Stützträger an dem Tragholm am sägeseitigen Ende ausschwenkbar angelenkt und in ausgeschwenkter Stellung durch eine ebenfalls mit dem Tragholm ausschwenkbar verbundene Querstrebe gehalten ist. Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung werden im folgenden an Hand des in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles der Erfindung erläutert.
Es zeigen : Fig. l die Ablängsäge mit Sortier-und Stapeleinrichtung in Arbeitsstellung, Fig. 2 die Ablängsäge mit Sortier-und Stapeleinrichtung in Ruhestellung oder auf dem Transport und Fig. 3 einen Schnitt in vergrössertem Massstab nach der Linie I - I durch den Tragholm mit Schutzvorrichtung und Sägeblatt.
Die erfindungsgemässe Ablängvorrichtung weist einen vorzugsweise aus Stahlblech und Röhren gefertigten Tragholm 1 auf, der in bestimmten Abständen mit nach oben weisenden Messanschlägen 4versehen ist und der Länge nach eine seitlich offene Auflage 5 aufweist, so dass die beiden jedem Messanschlag 4 zugeordneten. nach oben offenen Sortier- und Stapelfächer 6,7 unter der Anschlagebene liegen. Der Tragholm 1 kann am sägeseitigen Ende mit dem im Ausführungsbeispiel als Rechen ausgeführten Stützträger 2 ausschwenkbar verbunden sein, der seinerseits in ausgeschwenkter Stellung durch die Querstrebe 3 gehalten ist.
Wenn die Verbindung der Teile 1 und 2 bzw. 1 und 3 durch Gelenke erfolgt, so lassen sich, wie die Zeichnung zeigt, Rechen 2 und Querstrebe 3 zwecks Transport oder Verwahrung bei Nichtbenützung auf raumsparende Weise zusammenklappen. Der rechenartige Stützträger 2 ist entsprechend der Zahl der Sortierfächer 6, 7 mit Rechenzinken 10 versehen. Die entstandenen Fächer dienen zur Aufnahme der abgelängten Latten L, die nach Abschneiden des unbrauchbaren Endes A um 900 in die ihrer Länge entsprechenden Fächer abgelegt werden, wobei auch eine Sortierung erfolgen kann.
Die Ablängsäge, zweckmässig eine Kreissäge 9, ist an einem verbreiterten Ende des Tragholmes 1 angeordnet und von der Schutzhaube 8 umgeben, die in ein waagrechtes Auflager 11 mit lotrechtem Einführschlitz 12 übergeht, der von einem lediglich ein seitliches Einschieben der Latten od. dgl. gestattenden Schutzbügel 13 überragt ist. Der Schutzbügel 13 erschwert ein direktes Berühren des Sägeblattes und verweist das Werkstück L auf die waagrechte Auflage 11. Der Schutzbügel 13 ist geringfügig gegenüber dem Sägeblatt in Richtung zum Abfallende A. d. h. nach aussen versetzt.
Durch die vorliegende Vorrichtung wird erreicht, dass das Werkstück L von jedem Messanschlag aus- bequem und sicher abgeschnitten werden kann. Der Vorgang ist dabei der, dass eine Latte od. dgl. an jenen Anschlag des Holmes 1 angelegt wird, der unter Bedachtnahme darauf, dass das unbrauchbare Lattenende gänzlich abzuschneiden ist (aber nicht mehr als dieses Ende), der nächstgünstigsta ist ; die Latte wird dann in den Einführschlitz gesenkt und nach Abtrennen des Endes um 900 geschwenkt und dadurch selbst-

tätig in das zugehörige Fach abgelegt. Es ist somit nicht erforderlich, die Latte, nachdem sie beschnitten ist, ihrer Länge nach einzuordnen, dies. geschieht vielmehr von selbst.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Ablängvorrichtung zum Beschneiden von ungleich langen, unsortiert anfallenden Latten od. dgl., mittels Säge auf handelsübliche, vorzugsweise grösstmögliche Längen, mit auf einem Tragholm angeordneten Messanschlägen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seitlich vom Tragholm (1) und zweckmässig mit diesem einen Winkel einschliessend, ein rechenartiger Stützträger (2) angeordnet ist, dessen Fächer zusammen mit auf dem Tragholm (1) ausgebildeten Fächern (6, 7) einen Sortier- und Abstellbehelf für die abgelängten Latten od. dgl. bilden.

The cutting device according to the invention has a support beam 1, preferably made of sheet steel and tubes, which is provided with upwardly pointing measuring stops 4 at certain intervals and has a laterally open support 5 so that the two are assigned to each measuring stop 4.
