Haltevorrichtung für Vorhänge u. dgl.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine vorzugsweise aus Kunststoffmaterial hergestellte Haltevorrichtung für Vorhänge u. dgl. mit einem Aussenkörper, der zwischen sich und einem Innenkörper den Vorhang od. dgl. elastisch klemmt. Haltevorrichtungen dieser Art sind bisher als kurze, den Vorhang in Abständen erfassende, die bekannten Rollhaken ersetzende Halteelemente ausgeführt worden. Dem gegenüber setzt sich die vorliegende Erfindung das Ziel, die bisher gebräuchlichen Vorhangstangen und -stäbe an Fenstern und Türen zu ersetzen, also nicht die an diesen Stangen gleitenden Rollen oder Ösen, sondern die ganzen Stangen oder Kamiesen, wobei allerdings im vorliegenden Fall auf eine Verschiebbarkeit des Vorhanges kein Wert gelegt wird.
Ein weiteres Ziel der Erfindung ist es, eine Haltevorrichtung zu schaffen, die auch zur Aufnahme und zum Halten von Abdeckungen anderer Art geeignet sein soll und ferner den Vorteil besitzen soll, auch so ausführbar zu sein, dass zu ihrer Befestigung keinerlei Schrauben, Haken od. dgl. erforderlich sind.
Die vorliegende Haltevorrichtung für Vorhänge u. dgl. kennzeichnet sich, ausgehend von den eingangs genannten bekannten Haltevorrichtungen dadurch, dass der Aussenkörper im wesentlichen ein Profilkörper beliebiger Länge aus biegsamem Material ist, welcher einen seiner Befestigung auf einer Unterlage dienenden Fussteil aufweist, von dem die Haltebacken ausgehen, welche unter elastischer Spreizung den als Klemmkörper wirkenden Innenkörper aufzunehmen vermögen, zwischen welchem und den Backen der Vorhang od. dgl. klemmbar ist. Da sich die Haltebacken über die ganze Länge der Vorrichtung erstrecken, kann die Vorrichtung in besonders einfacher Weise als Strangpresskörper hergestellt werden. Nach einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung trägt der Fussteil in an sich bekannter Weise einen Selbstklebeauftrag mit abreissbare Deckfolie.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung zeigt die schematische Zeichnung im Schnitt durch eine mögliche Form der vorliegenden Haltevorrichtung, doch versteht es sich, dass diese Form besonders im Hinblick auf dekorative Erfordernisse ausserordentlich zahlreiche Ausführungen zulässt.
Der Profilkörper l besteht aus einem biegsamen Kunststoff, zum Beispiel Polyvinylchlorid ; er besitzt einen Fussteil 2 mit Selbstklebeauftraguig 3 und Abdeckfolie 4 für diese und Haltebacken 5a, 5b. Der Klemmkörper 6 ist ein Draht oder ein drahtförmiger Kunststoffteil ; der Vorhang od. dgl. ist mit 7 angedeutet.
Die Montage dieser Einrichtung geht wie folgt vor sich :
Der Vorhang 7 od. dgl. wird mit seinem zu klemmenden Bereich über die Haltebacken 5a und 5b gelegt und mittels des Drahtes 6 zwischen diesen Backen unter elastischem seitlichem Ausweichen derselben eingedrückt. Nun kann, nach Abziehen der Folie 4, das Profil 1 auf die Unterlage geklebt werden. Natürlich kann diese Klebung auch zuerst erfolgen, undeswird erst dann der Vorhang eingeführt. Grundsätz- lich soll jedoch festgehalten werden, dass das Profil auch auf andere Weise auf der Unterlage befestigt werden kann.
Der Vorteil der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung liegt nicht nur in der Einfachheit ihrer Herstellunges handelt sich um einen Strangpresskörper aus Kunststoff und demgemäss eine billige Meterware-, son- dern insbesonders auch darin, dass der flexible Strang es erlaubt, in gekrümmter Form verlegt zu werden, so dass der Vorhang nunmehr nicht nur nach einer Ebene, sondern auch nach einer beliebigen Zylinderteilfläche verlegt werden kann.

Es ist leicht einzusehen, dass die Erfindung zahlreiche Ausführungsformen erlaubt, besonders was die äussere Gestalt des Profilkörpers 1 anbelangt, die in besonderem Masse auch nach rein geschmacklichem Gesichtspunkt gewählt werden kann. Zu bemerken ist ferner, dass die Klemmbacken 5a, 5b auch zahnstangenartig ausgeführt sein können, d. h. nicht nur ein einziges Paar von in der Längsrichtung des Profils durchgehenden Backen angewendet wird, sondern eine Vielzahl von in der Längsrichtung aufeinanderfolgenden Backenpaaren, dann wird aber mindestens der Basisteil der Haltevorrichtung als Körper beliebiger Länge ausgeführt werden. Der drahtförmige Klemmkörper 6 braucht natürlich nicht über die gesamte Vorhanglänge aus einem Stück zu bestehen, sondern kann sich, zwecks vereinfachter Montage des Vorhanges, aus mehreren Einzelstücken zusammensetzen.
