Unterlage, insbesondere für Büromaschinen und -geräte
Die üblichen Filzunterlagen für Büromaschinen, insbesondere Schreibmaschinen, haben den Nachteil, dass sie auf der Tischplatte ungenügend haften und ein Wandern der Maschine auf der Platte nicht immer hintanzuhalten vermögen, was lästig ist und zur Wiederherstellung der Ausgangslage zwingt. Schaumkunststoffe oder sonstige nachgiebige elastische Materialien sichern wohl ein gutes Haften auf der Tischplatte, werden aber an den Stellen, wo die Maschine mit ihren Füssen aufruht, so stark zusammengepresst, dass die erwünschte Nachgiebigkeit und das Schallschluckvermögen leidet und weiters die Unterlage an den genannten Stellen in kurzer Zeit zerstört wird.
Beiden Arten von Unterlagen ist der Nachteil gemeinsam, dass sie wenig biegungsoder verwindungsfest sind, so dass auf ihnen die Maschine nicht leicht befördert werden kann.
Diese genannten Nachteile werden durch die Erfindung beseitigt. Dieselbe betrifft eine Unterlage, insbesondere für Büromaschinen und -geräte, die aus mehreren miteinander verbundenen Schichten besteht und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Unterlage aus einer der Maschine zugekehrten Schichte aus Textilmaterial, wie Filz od. dgl., aus einer derTischplattezugekehrten Schichte aus einem hoch porösen, elastischen Material, wie Schaumkunststoff od. dgl., und aus einer zwischen den beiden Schichten angeordneten, biegungssteifen Mittelschichte, beispielsweise aus Kunststoff, Sperrholz od. dgl., besteht. Die Verbindung zwischen den Platten kann in irgendeiner Weise, z. B. durch Klebung, hergestellt sein.
Nicht nur, dass die der Tischplatte zugekehrte Schichte aus Schaumstoff durch dessen Haftfähigkeit ein Wandern der Maschine ausschliesst und lange Zeit benützbar bleibt, weil die darüberliegende steife Platte eine gleichmässige Vertei- lung des Maschinengewichtes über die ganze Ausdehnung dieser Schichte gewährleistet, bringt die Übereinanderschichtung von Lagen aus verschiedenen Materialien eine hervorragende Dämpfung der Maschinengeräusche hervor ; hiezu kommt, dass die der Maschine zugekehrte Schichte infolge ihrer Nachgiebigkeit im Verein mit jener der der Tischplatte zugekehrten Schichte eine elastische Lagerung der Maschine sicherstellt.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Querschnitt durch eine Unterlage nach der Erfindung veranschaulicht, u. zw. ist mit b die mittlere Schichte aus tragfähigem Stoff, mit a die der Maschine zugekehrte Schichte aus Filz und mit c die der Tischplatte zugekehrte Schichte aus Schaumkunststoff bezeichnet. Der Rand der in beliebigen Umrissformen herstellbaren Unterlage kann von einem Rahmen eingefasst werden, dessen Unterkante zweckmässig von der Auflagefläche der Schaumstoffschicht zurückspringt, damit eine Berührung des Rahmens mit der Tischplatte tunlichst hintangehalten ist. Selbstverständlich kann gewünschtenfalls der Rahmen auch entfallen oder in sonstiger Weise ausgebildet sein.

These disadvantages are eliminated by the invention. The fact that the layer of foam facing the table top prevents the machine from wandering due to its adhesive properties and remains usable for a long time because the overlying stiff plate ensures that the machine's weight is evenly distributed over the entire extension of this layer brings the layering of layers on top of one another excellent attenuation of machine noise from different materials; In addition, the layer facing the machine, due to its flexibility in combination with that of the layer facing the table top, ensures an elastic mounting of the machine.
