Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein thermisch gedämmtes Leitungsrohr (1) zur Verwendung in flexiblen Rohrsystemen, umfassend mindestens ein Mediumrohr (4), mindestens eine um das Mediumrohr herum angeordnete Wärmedämmung (3) und mindestens einen um die Wärmedämmung herum angeordneten Aussenmantel (2), wobei besagtes Mediumrohr (4) als flexibles Rohrstück aus- gebildet ist besagter Aussenmantel (2) gegebenenfalls eine Barriere (9) aus Kunststoff umfasst, und besagte Wärmedämmung (3) einen Schaumstoff umfasst, dessen Zellgas 10-100 vol% Hydrofluorolefine (HFOs) und 0-50 vol% (Cyclo)-Alkane und 0-50 vol% CO2 enthält, und wobei besagtes HFO ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe umfassend die Verbindungen R1233zd, und / oder R1336mzz und wo- bei besagtes Alkan ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe umfassend Propan, Butane, (Cyclo)-Pentane, (Cyclo)-Hexane und wobei besagte Wärmedämmung (3) einen Schaumstoff, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Polyurethane (PU), der Polyisocyanurate (PIR), der thermoplastischen Polyester (PET) und der thermoplastischen Polyolefine, enthält.
