Ärmelbügelbrett
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein sogenanntes Ärmelbügelbrett, bestehend aus einem eigentlichen
Bügelbrett und einem Grundbrett, die mitein- ander einseitig durch eine Konsole verbunden sind, wobei der Anschluss des Bügelbrettes an die
Konsole lösbar gestaltet ist, um die wahlweise Verwendung von Bügelbrettern verschiedener
Form zu ermöglichen.
Bei den bekannten, derartigen Bügelbrettern wird nun der lösbare Anschluss dadurch erreicht, dass das eigentliche Bügelbrett einen Endes auf die entsprechend verbreiterte Konsole aufgelegt und durch eine zusätzliche, in der Regel nach Art einer Riegelfalle od. dgl. ausgebildete Haltevorrichtung fixiert wird. Abgesehen davon, dass dies einen ziemlich komplizierten und wenig dauerhaften Aufbau des Gerätes ergibt, lässt insbesondere auch die Festigkeit und Stabilität des Gerätes sehr zu wünschen übrig.
Die Erfindung vermeidet nun diese Nachteile dadurch, dass sie sich der von Wandbügelbrettem her bekannten Verbindungsmittel zwischen Bügelbrett und Konsole bedient, indem gemäss dem Hauptkennzeichen das Bügelbrett mit einem hakenförmigen Einhängorgan versehen ist, das in eine entsprechend gestaltete Öffnung der Konsole eingreift, wobei die Abstützung des Bügelbrettes durch eine an der Unterseite desselben befestigte Winkellasche erfolgt, die sich gegen die Konsole anlegt.
Ein weiteres Merkmal der Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine zwischen dem Bügelbrett und der Stütze bzw. dem Grundbrett vorgesehene beim Einhängen des Bügelbrettes selbstätig zur Wirkung kommende Verriegelung, die vorzugsweise durch die nach Art einer Verzahnung ineinander greifenden Teile der Stützlasche des Bügelbrettes und einer am Grundbrett befestigten Winkellasche bzw. der Konsole selbst gebildet ist.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch das Gerät und Fig. 2 eine Stirnansicht hiezu, während die Fig. 3 bis 6 drei für das Gerät wahlweise verwendbare Bügelbretter verschiedener Form in stark verkleinertem Massstabe wiedergeben.
In den Fig. 1 und 2 bezeichnet 1 das Grundbrett, welches mit der als Träger des Bügelbrettes 2 dienenden Konsole 3 fest verbunden ist. Diese

Winkellasche, von welcher der eine kürzere
Schenkel mittels der Schrauben 4 am Grund- brett 1 befestigt ist, während der andere, längere
Schenkel eine schlitzartige Ausnehmung 5 auf- weist, in die das hakenförmige Organ 6 der mit dem Bügelbrett 2 mittels der Schrauben 7 ver- bundenen Platte 8 eingehängt ist.
Gegen ein stärkeres Durchfedern unter dem Arbeitsdruck ist das Bügelbrett einerseits durch den Haken 6, anderseits durch eine an der Unterseite des Bügelbrettes befestigte Winkellasche 9 gesichert, die mit ihrem einen Schenkel 9 a vorzugsweise ebenfalls mittels der Schrauben 7 am Bügelbrett 2 angebracht ist, während sich der andere Schenkel 9 b gegen die Konsole 3 anlegt.
Um in der Gebrauchslage trotz der leichten Lösbarkeit eine möglichst starre Verbindung zu schaffen und das Bügelbrett gegen seitliche Verschiebung zu sichern, ist zwischen dem Bügelbrett 2 und der Konsole eine Verriegelung vorgesehen, die beim Einhängen des Bügelbrettes selbsttätig zur Wirkung kommt. Diese Verriegelung wird beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel dadurch gebildet, dass der Vorsprung 9 c des Schenkels 9 b der Stützlasche 9 in einen Einschnitt 10 a des Schenkels 10 b einer am Grundbrett 1 mittels der Schrauben 4 und eventuell auch an der Konsole 3 mittels der Nieten 11 befestigten Winkellasche 10 eingreift (Fig. 2).
Um diese nach Art einer Verzahnung wirkende Verriegelung zu erreichen, können die an den Winkellaschen vorgesehenen, wechselseitig zusammenwirkenden Verriegelungsorgane (Vorsprung 9 c, Einschnitt 10 a) auch in beliebig anderer Form bzw. Anzahl angeordnet sein.
Die Konsole 3 ist mittels der Schrauben 12 an einer Stützplatte 14 befestigt, die im Bereich der Einhängvorrichtung mit einer Ausnehmung 15 und an ihrem nach unten über das Grundbrett 1 vorstehenden Teil mit einem lappen-oder leistenförmigen Stützorgan 16 versehen ist, das in der Gebrauchslage des Gerätes den Rand der Unterlage z. B. eines Tisches T untergreift und so eine kippsichere Aufstellung gewährleistet.
Um eine Anpassung an verschiedene Stärken der Tischplatte zu ermöglichen, kann wie in Fig. l strichpunktiert angedeutet, eine Spannschraube S vorgesehen sein, die in eine Gewindebohrung 18

der Stützleiste 16 eingreift und z. B. mit einer Druckscheibe D gegen die Unterseite der Tischplatte wirkt.
Fig. 3 zeigt das Bügelbrett gemäss den Fig. 1 und 2 in schaubildlicher Ansicht. Dieses Bügelbrett kann nun gegen Bügelbretter anderer, den jeweiligen Bedürfnissen entsprechender Form ausgetauscht werden, wie sie in den Fig. 4,5 und 6 beispielsweise dargestellt sind.
