Zusammenklappbarer Stuhl, Tisch od. dgl.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stuhl, Tisch od. dgl., dessen Füsse zusammenlegbar und in hohle Tragstützen einziehbar sind und dessen
Tragfläche zusammenklappbar ausgebildet ist.
Es sind zusammenklappbare Stühle bekannt, bei welchen die auseinanderspreizbaren Beine an den achsparallelen Flanschen eines als Kreuz- stück ausgebildeten, in einer in der Spreiz- stellung der Beine auf diesen aufsitzende hohlen
Tragstütze verschiebbaren Gleitstückes gefedert angeordnet sind. Bei dieser bekannten Ausführung liegen die Füsse in der Spreizstellung mit einer schrägen Endfläche an einer oberen Abschlussplatte des Kreuzstückes auf und besitzen keinerlei seitliche Führung. Die Verbindung des Kreuzstückes mit einem kurzen, an der Innenwandung der Tragstütze anliegenden Führungsring erfolgt über ein Querband. Das Gerät weist weder in lotrechter noch in waagrechter Richtung eine Stabilität auf.
Dasselbe gilt für eine andere bekannte Ausführung eines zusammenklappbaren Tisches, bei welcher gleichfalls eine entsprechende Führung, durch welche eine Stabilität des Gerätes gewährleistet würde, fehlt und die Füsse dieses Gerätes durch besondere Arme in der Spreizstellung gehalten werden.
Demgegenüber ist der zusammenklappbare Stuhl, Tisch od. dgl., gemäss der Erfindung derart ausgebildet, dass die in der Ausspreizstellung in Ausnehmungen des Tragstützenrandes sitzenden, seitlich geführten Beine mit ihren, entsprechend dem gewünschten Ausspreizwinkel abgeschrägten Enden an den lotrechten Flanschen des Gleitstückes anliegen, wobei die Flanschen ihrerseits zwecks Fixierung und Führung des Gleitstückes bis zur Innenwandung der Tragstütze reichen.
Um die Sicherheit auch bei stärkeren Belastungen zu gewährleisten, sind in den Ausnehmungen des unteren Tragstützenrandes Verstärkungseinsätze vorgesehen, die den Anlageflächen der Beine angepasst sind.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäss ausgebildeten zusammenlegbaren Stuhles dargestellt. Es zeigen Fig. l den Stuhl in Seitenansicht, Fig. 2 denselben in der Draufsicht und Fig. 3 eine Einzelheit in Seitenansicht.
Der Stuhl besteht aus der rohrförmigen Tragstütze 1, in welcher der die vier Beine 2 tragende Gleit-bzw. Führungskopf. ? verschiebbar sitzt. Dieser Gleitkopf 3 wird von einem Kreuzstück gebildet, an dessen lotrechten, bis zur Innenwand der Tragstütze reichenden Flanschen 4 die Beine 2 angelenkt sind. Die entsprechend der gewünschten Ausspreizstellung abgeschrägten Enden 5 liegen an diesen lotrechten Flanschen 4 des Gleitkopfes 3 an. Der untere Rand der Tragstütze 1 besitzt an den über den Beinen befindlichen Stellen der Breite derselben angepasste Ausschnitte 6, in welchen die Beine gegen seitliche Verschiebung sicher geführt sind.
Die oberen Ränder der Tragstützenausschnitte 6 ruhen bei geöffnetem Stuhl auf den Beinen auf und können, insbesondere um grössere Lasten übertragen zu können, mit Verstärkungseinsätzen 8 versehen sein, die den Anlageflächen der Beine angepasst sind. Die Tragstütze weist einen Längsschlitz 9 auf, in welchem beim Einziehen bzw. Ausspreizen der Beine ein mit dem Gleitkopf verbundenes Organ, z. B. ein Anschlagstift 10 gleitet und den Gleitkopf bei der Bewegung führt und begrenzt.
Am oberen Ende der Tragstütze 1 ist der Sitz mittels Schraub-oder Bajonettverschluss abnehmbar angebracht. Er besteht aus zwei, sich zu einer Sitzplatte ergänzenden Plattenteilen 11, 12, die übereinander oder in der Verlängerung der Tragstütze zusammengeklappt werden können und aus Holz oder Kunststoff, einem Metallrahmen mit eingespanntem Segeltuch usw., be- stehen.
Tragstütze und Beine des Gerätes können aus Stahl, Leichtmetall oder sonstigem Metall, Kunststoff od. dgl. angefertigt, die Beine rohrförmig, flach oder profiliert sein.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Zusammenklappbarer Stuhl, Tisch od. dgl., bei welchem die auseinanderspreizbaren Beine an achsparallelen Flanschen eines als Kreuzstück ausgebildeten, in einer in der Spreizstellung der Beine auf diesen aufsitzenden hohlen Tragstütze, verschiebbaren Gleitstückes gefedert angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Ausspreizstellung in Ausnehmungen des Tragstützenrandes (6) sitzenden, seitlich geführten Beine (2) mit ihren, entsprechend dem gewünschten Ausspreizwinkel abgeschrägten Enden (5) an den lotrechten Flanschen (4) des Gleitstückes (3) anliegen, wobei die Flanschen ihrerseits zwecks Fixierung und Führung des Gleitstückes (3) bis zur Innenwandung der Tragstütze (1) reichen.
