Flachstrickmaschine zur Herstellung eines Kettfäden enthaltenden Wirkstoffes.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Flachstrickmaschinen zur Herstellung Kettfäden enthaltender Wirkstoffe, erhalten durch Umbildung üblicher Flachstrickmaschinen mit Hand-oder Motorantrieb, mit Jacquardeinriehtung u. dgl.
Erfindungsgemäss wird ein zur Führung der Kettfäden dienendes gelochtes Metallband über und möglichst nahe an den Nadeln angeordnet und die Umbildung einer der üblichen, geradlinigen Strickmaschinen in der Art vorgenommen, dass ein die Kettenspulen tragender Behälter, ein Kamm und das gelochte Band auf Trägern an der Strickmaschine angeordnet werden, während die übliche Verbindungbrücke zwischen beiden Schlitten durch eine Gabel ersetzt wird, welche nach einer Seite der Maschine ragt.
Eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist in Fig. 1 in Vorder-, in Fig. 2 in Drauf-und in Fig. 3 in einer Seitenansicht dargestellt.
Die üblichen Nadelbetten 1 der an sich bekannten Strickmaschine sind auf den Stützen 6 und 6a bzw. 7 und 7a befestigt und mit den Schienen 2 und 2a versehen ; auf den Nadelbetten laufen die Schlitten 4, 4a, von denen der Erstere mit einem Steuergriffe 4b versehen ist. Die Schienen 2, va tragen die beweglichen Fadenführer 3 und 3a. Die beiden Schlitten 4 und 4a sind durch die seitlich ausladende Gabel 5 miteinander verbunden, welche sich mittels der Rolle 20 auf der Schiene 19 abstützt, die am Maschinengestelle angebracht ist.
Auf der Rückseite der Maschine ist mittels am Maschinengestelle befestigter Stützen 10 der Kettenspulenbehälter 18 angeordnet, auf dessen Bodenfläche 11 sich die Spulen 12 der Kettfäden befinden. Diese werden von den Spulen durch einen Kamm 17 und durch ein gelochtes Band 9 geführt, welches den Nadeln möglichst nahe angebracht, von Haltern 8 und 8a getragen und lotrecht verstellbar ist.
An der rechten Seite der Maschine ist mittels der Querstangen 14, 14a eine lotrechte Platte befestigt, an welcher Teile 13 a angeordnet sind, die zum Tragen der Fadenspanner 15, 16 dienen, über die die Fäden den Fadenführern 3, 3 a zugeführt werden.
Das gelochte Metallband 9 führt die Kettenfäden nach jener Stelle, wo die Maschen gebildet werden ; arbeitet man mit Hilfe des Steuerhebels 13b abwechselnd zunächst mit dem FadenfÜhrer. 3 und dann mit dem Fadenführer 3a, so werden die Kettenfäden zwischen den Maschen des Gewirkes eingeschlossen.
Da im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel auf je zwei Nadeln ein Loch im Metallband 9 kommt, ist im Wirkstoffe, welcher mit der Maschine hergestellt wird, hinter jeder zweiten Maschenreihe ein Kettfaden eingearbeitet. Selbstverständlich kann durch entsprechende Anordnung der Löcher in bezug auf die Nadeln ein Kettfaden auch nach jeder Maschenreihe oder nach jeweils mehr als zwei Maschenreihen eingearbeitet werden.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Flachstrickmaschine zur Herstellung eines Kettfäden enthaltenden Wirkstoffes, dadurch' gekennzeichnet, dass ein zur Führung der Kettfäden bestimmtes, gelochtes Metallband (9) über und möglichst nahe an den Nadeln angeordnet ist.

These are fed from the bobbins through a comb 17 and through a perforated band 9, which is attached as close as possible to the needles, carried by holders 8 and 8a and vertically adjustable.
On the right side of the machine, a vertical plate is attached by means of the cross bars 14, 14a, on which parts 13a are arranged, which serve to carry the thread tensioners 15, 16 through which the threads are fed to the thread guides 3, 3a.
The perforated metal band 9 guides the warp threads to that point where the stitches are formed; one works with the help of the control lever 13b alternately first with the thread guide. 3 and then with the thread guide 3a, the warp threads are enclosed between the loops of the knitted fabric.
Since in the illustrated embodiment there is a hole in the metal strip 9 for every two needles, a warp thread is worked into the active substance, which is produced with the machine, behind every second row of stitches. Of course, by appropriately arranging the holes in relation to the needles, a warp thread can also be worked in after each row of stitches or after more than two rows of stitches.
