Schutzgehäuse für Vorh ugschlösser.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schutzgehäuse für Vorhängschlösser und besteht darin, dass die in bekannter Weise durch Scharniere verbundenen Gehäuseteile aufeinanderpassende Ränder haben, von denen die Ränder des Bodenteiles mit eingepressten, aufgeleimten oder sonstwie befestigten Dichtungsstreifen versehen sind und wobei weiters zur Durchführung des Schlossbügels beide Gehäuseteile je zwei mit den gegenüberliegenden aufeinanderpassende Halbhülsen haben, in welche ebenfalls gut aufeinanderpassende halbzylindrische Dichtungskörper eingepresst, aufgeleimt oder sonstwie gut haltend befestigt sind. Die Dichtungskörper sind oben derart abgerundet und überkragend ausgebildet, so dass das Wasser gut ablaufen und nicht in das Innere des Gehäuses eindringen kann.
Um bei gesperrtem Schloss das Schutzgehäuse vor Diebstahl zu sichern, ist der am Schloss festsitzende Bügelschenkel mit dem Gehäuse durch einen verschiebbaren Ring verbunden, derart, dass bei nach vorne geschobenem Ring der geöffnete Bügel durch denselben durchgezogen und das Schloss herausgenommen werden kann.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigt Fig. 1 eine Ansicht des geöffneten Gehäuses mit Schloss, Fig. 2 einen Horizontalschnitt durch das geschlossene Gehäuse und Fig. 3 eine Untersicht des Verbindungsringes des Gehäuses mit dem Schlossbügel.
Das Schutzgehäuse besteht aus dem Deckelteil j ! und dem Bodenteil 2, die mit aufeinanderpassenden Rändern 3 und 4 versehen sind. Der Bodenteil 2 trägt Dichtungsstreifen 5, die z. B. in schwalbenschwanzförmige Nuten eingepresst sind, aber auch aufgeleimt oder sonstwie in geeigneter Weise befestigt sein können. Als Durchlass für die Schenkel des Bügels 11 des Vorhängschlosses 10 dienen die Halbhülsen 6 und 7, in welche halbzylindrische Dichtungskörper 8 (auf der Deckelseite nicht eingezeichnet) eingepresst, geleimt oder sonstwie befestigt sind. Die Dichtungskörper 8 sind oben abgerundet und überkragend ausgebildet, zum Zwecke eines guten Wasserablaufes und der Verhinderung des Eindringens von Feuchtigkeit in das Gehäuse.
Zur Verbindung des am Schlosse 10 festsitzenden Bügelschenkels mit dem Gehäuse dient der verschiebbare Ring 12, der in am Gehäuse befestigten Hülsen 13 od. dgl. verschiebbar ist. Bei gesperrtem Schloss kann hiedurch das Gehäuse nicht entfernt werden. Beim Herausnehmen des geöffneten Schlosses wird der Ring 12 nach vorne geschoben und der Bügel 11 durch ihn durchgezogen.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :

Schutzgehäuse für Vorhängschlösser, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in bekannter Weise durch Scharniere verbundenen Gehäuseteile (1, 2) aufeinanderpassende Ränder (3, 4) haben, von denen die Ränder (3) des Bodenteiles (2) mit eingepressten, aufgeleimten oder sonstwie befestigten Dichtungsstreifen (5) versehen sind und wobei weiters zur Durchführung des Schlossbügels (11) beide
Gehäuseteile (1, 2) je zwei mit den gegenüberliegenden zusammenpassende Halbhülsen (6, 7) haben, in welche ebenfalls gut aufeinanderpassende halbzylindrische Dichtungskörper (8) eingepresst, eingeleimt oder sonstwie gut haltend befestigt sind.

Protective housing for padlocks.
The invention relates to a protective housing for padlocks and consists in the fact that the housing parts connected in a known manner by hinges have matching edges, of which the edges of the bottom part are provided with pressed, glued or otherwise fastened sealing strips and furthermore both housing parts each for the implementation of the lock shackle have two half-sleeves that mate with one another on the opposite side, into which semi-cylindrical sealing bodies that also fit together well are pressed, glued or otherwise securely fastened. The sealing bodies are rounded and protruding at the top in such a way that the water can drain off easily and cannot penetrate the interior of the housing.
In order to secure the protective housing from theft when the lock is locked, the shackle leg attached to the lock is connected to the housing by a movable ring, so that when the ring is pushed forward, the opened shackle can be pulled through the same and the lock can be removed.

The protective housing consists of the cover part j! and the bottom part 2, which are provided with edges 3 and 4 which match one another. The bottom part 2 carries sealing strips 5 which, for. B. are pressed into dovetail grooves, but can also be glued or otherwise fastened in a suitable manner. The half-sleeves 6 and 7, into which semi-cylindrical sealing bodies 8 (not shown on the cover side) are pressed, glued or otherwise fastened, serve as a passage for the legs of the bracket 11 of the padlock 10. The sealing bodies 8 are rounded at the top and are designed to protrude, for the purpose of good water drainage and the prevention of moisture penetrating into the housing.
The slidable ring 12, which is slidable in sleeves 13 or the like fastened to the housing, serves to connect the shackle leg fixed on the lock 10 to the housing. This means that the housing cannot be removed when the lock is locked. When removing the open lock, the ring 12 is pushed forward and the bracket 11 is pulled through it.
