Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Schnittholzteile welche in einem Winkel zwischen 15 (5) und 75 Grad (3) zur Stammlängsachse (1) eingeschnitten, und als Querschnitthölzer bezeichnet werden. Das Querschnittholz weist ein charakteristisches Schnittbild auf. Diese Querschnittholzteile nehmen jegliche Substanzen wesentlich leichter auf als herkömmliche Sägeprodukte. Dieses Querschnittholz wird entweder an der Bandsäge dadurch hergestellt, dass es schräg eingespannt wird, oder vorab an der Gattersäge konventionelle Schnittholzteile hergestellt werden, die in einem zweiten Arbeitsschritt schräg zur Längsachse (1) an einer Kreis- oder Bandsäge zu Querschnitthölzer gesägt werden. Die so hergestellten Holzteile werden vorwiegend auf andere Holzteile aufgeklebt und eignen sich daher vorwiegend für die Herstellung von Parkett.
