Verfahren zur Gummierung von Hoehdruckschäuehen.
Es ist bekannt, zu gummierende Waren auch mehrere Male mit Gummierungsmasse zu bestreichen.
Gemäss der Erfindung werden nun zwei Belagschichten verschiedener Zusammensetzung auf die Hanf- schläuche aufgebracht, was den Zweck hat Gummierungsschichten verschiedener Dichte übereinander auf dem Hanfschlauch hervorzubringen. Die auf dem Hanfmaterial zunächst liegende Schichte soll geringere Dichte aufweisen und dadurch zusammendrückfähiger sein als die sodann folgende Schichte, welche dem erhöhten Druck des durch den Schlauch getriebenen Mittels direkt ausgesetzt ist. Dies hat eine grössere Haltbarkeit und Dichtheit des so gummierten Schlauches zur Folge. Durch den Zusatz von Ocker zur Mischung für den ersten Belag und von Pudergraphit zur Mischung des zweiten Belages, wird dieser Dichteunterschied der beiden übereinanderliegenden Gummibeläge erzielt.
Die Wirkung wird noch dadurch verstärkt, dass man den zweiten Belag mit höherem Druck aufbringt, als der Aufbringdruck ist, den man bei Aufbringen des ersten Belages aufgewendet hat.
Gemäss der Erfindung besteht nun der erste Belag aus Benzol, Rohgummi und Ocker und der zweite Belag aus Benzol, Rohgummi und Pudergraphit.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zur Gummierung von Hochdruckschläuchen, bei welchem der Belag in zwei Schichten auf das Schlauchmaterial aufgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Schichte aus Benzol, Rohgummi und Ocker und die zweite Schichte aus Benzol, Rohgummi und Pudergraphit besteht.

The effect is reinforced by the fact that the second coating is applied with a higher pressure than the application pressure that was used when the first coating was applied.
