Der Dosenverschluss nach dem Patente Nr. 142532 wird mittels eines schräg zu haltenden Schlüssels geöffnet. So leicht dies zu bewerkstelligen ist, erfordert es immerhin einige Sorgfalt, denn bei falscher Haltung des Schlüssels reisst der abzutrennende Streifen. Es ist indessen grundsätzlich gleichgültig, wie der Abreissstreifen aufgewickelt wird, wenn er nur schräg abgezogen wird, so dass die Linie e (siehe Fig. 1), welche in jedem Augenblick den abgetrennten Streifenteil vom abzutrennenden scheidet mit der Längsrichtung des abzutrennenden Streifens einen spitzen Winkel a einschliesst.
Die vorliegende Erfindung besteht nun in einer weiteren Ausbildung vorgenannter Erfindung dadurch, dass der den Abreissstreifen abziehende Schlüssel durch eine mit ihm dauernd oder zeitweise verbundene derartige Führung gehalten ist, die ihn während des Öffnungsvorganges stets zwangläufig in richtiger Lage hält, so da ! 3 der Abreissstreifen wie oben beschrieben abgetrennt wird. Damit wird die persönliche Sorgfalt beim Öffnen überflüssig.

Der Schlüssel 1 ist in bekannter Weise gestaltet und hat einen Schlitz 2 zum Erfassen des Streifenendes. Er dreht sich in Ösen 3 a und 3 b der Führung 3 und ist gegen axiale Verschiebung dadurch gesichert, dass die durch Einpressen des Schlitzes'2 entstehende Verdickung des Schaftes zwischen den Ösen 3 a und 3b angeordnet und in der Länge ihrem Abstand angepasst ist. Die Ösen 3 a und 3b können auch so gestaltet werden, dass der Schlüssel erst vor dem Öffnen in die an der Dose sitzende Führung eingeführt werden kann. Die Führung 3 stützt sich mit den Kufen 3c und 3d gegen den Deckel 4 bzw. den Mantel 5 der Dose und sichert so die richtige Lage des Schlüssels zur Dose. Die Führung 3 ist so geformt, dass der Schlüssel 1 zur Längsrichtung des abgetrennten Streifenteils 6 normal steht.

PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Mittels Schlüssels zu öffnender Verschluss für Blechdosen, insbesondere Konservendosen nach dem Patente Nr. 142532, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Abreissstreifen abziehende Schlüssel durch eine mit ihm dauernd oder zeitweise verbundene derartige Führung gehalten wird, dass er während des Abtrennens des Streifens ständig eine solche Lage einnimmt, dass die Trennungslinie zwischen abgetrenntem und abzutrennendem Streifenteil mit der Längsrichtung des letzteren stets einen spitzen Winkel einschliesst.
